@jackiechanisme If your business is at at real juncture of hitting a growth curve but is being limited by capital and thus people and tech too - how to decide how much to raise, how to raise, or whether to raise or keep it bootstrapped?
@grok your view too.

Massive hike in #petrol prices is a prime example of the failure of Congress-led UPA. This will put a burden of hundreds of crores on Guj.

@alexoakdev Nice but what happens when everyone did their workouts, what happens to the $20 I bet?

Someone built a fitness app using the same psychological mechanics as gambling
This might work better than every normal fitness app 😭😭
You bet money on whether you’ll hit 10,000 steps today
If you fail, you lose your money
If you succeed, you split the money from everyone who didn’t
So disciplined people literally profit off lazy people
Most fitness apps try motivating you with streaks and notifications
This one motivates you with financial fear
Imagine realizing at 11:52pm you still need 1,700 more steps or you lose $30
Entire friend groups would be outside walking laps around their neighborhood before midnight trying not to lose their steppa challenge
It sounds stupid but this would probably motivate people better than any other fitness product
Would you use this yourself?

security is core to Shellular. here's how:
→ encryption key lives only on your machine & phone - never touches our servers
→ QR code is how your phone gets the key. no network transmission
→ fresh nonce per message
→ relay only forwards ciphertext
→ all traffic runs over TLS on top of that
→ every new phone must be manually approved by you on your laptop before it can connect
our relay server is open source if you want to dig in: github.com/shellular-org/…
#security" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">shellular.dev/#security

@KaeCapital 65% of SaaS startups in India are frustrated by Sales Hiring.
We helped Hyperverge, Spotdraft, Spendflo, Everstage, Clueso (YC ), AIprise (YC) and more by bringing tech and human together.
Quit my job as a seller ( 6+ years as a seller ) to fix this.

@vaibhavbetter @Ozacle23 @gadekarjay30 I see Saurabh Prabhuzantye.
Next time maybe you’d let me in, a fly on the wall.

Thank to everyone who made it to the FF BLR event and to @Ozacle23 @gadekarjay30 for hosting it at Shram AI's beautiful bungalow office in Indiranagar.
100 mins of Q&A around the big "SF or not" question.
The goal was to answer the wide range of questions so we cover a lot of ground and let everyone apply the relevant aspects to their situation - all our FF events are not meant to drive home "one final conclusion" but to expose and discuss the depth and breadth of the core topic.
I hope it was worth the drive and the 100 mins :)
This post from Monisha captures what the session gave her x.com/MonishaRajpal/… and I'd love for more of you who attended to share similar notes as it can help explore the conversation further.
Stay tuned for another equally interesting FF topic soon :)
But before that we are going to do this same FF in Pune soon!

A few weeks ago, our first daughter was born.
7-8 packages showed up at my door. One from @BlumeVentures. One from @peakxvpartners. A few from my customers, my teams founder friends and partners.
I don’t usually share personal stuff here.
But this one deserved a moment.
Tiny, soft, impossibly small things. The kind that make it all suddenly feel very real.
In the business world, we get used to relationships having a purpose. Terms, targets, board decks. That’s fair, it’s how the game works.
But every once in a while, someone reminds you there are real humans on the other side of the cap table.
@BKartRed — thank you. @RajanAnandan — thank you.
I’ve spent years thinking about Procol almost every waking hour. The next deal, the next hire, the next bet. My wife, family — backing me on all my ambitions.
But holding those little clothes, something shifted. There’s a little girl coming who’ll watch how I do all of it.
That’s enough to make you want to do it better.
Back to building. 🙏

It has become rare.
Been doing sales hiring for a year and half now.
I keep looking for versions of me.
