Amsterdam canal cruises now cater to Indian tourists. Many Indians travel to countries such as the Netherlands to strengthen their passports before applying for a USA visa. This helps with non intent to immigrate, a primary factor consulates consider for student and tourist visas

The percentage of Indians who are otherwise perfectly able to walk but use wheelchairs for internationals flights - especially to the US - is mind-boggling This pic is of passengers waiting for an India-bound flight at Washington DC’s Dulles airport

Why Are So Many Countries Suddenly Making Life Harder for Indians? 🚨 US visa scrutiny rising. 🚨 Thailand rolling back visa-free access. 🚨 Japan tightening immigration rules. 🚨 More barriers appearing for Indians across multiple countries. Coincidence? Or is India facing a growing global perception problem that policymakers need to address? What do you think is the biggest reason? 👇

Modi .......... Silent, Savage, Sorted. Trump in 2025 : "Indian Economy is a dead Economy." "I negotiated the ceasefire of India and Pakistan by pressurising India with the trade deal." "India and China are hellholes." Modi to S Jaishankar : Don't answer the Orangutan at present. Let us first secure alternative trade routes for our businessmen first. One year passes........ Trump to Modi in April 2026 : I think India can play a decisive role in negotiating a peaceful ceasefire between the USA and Iran.. Modi : Well....I think you are an expert on this, Mr President. Didn't you negotiate our ceasefire with Pakistan ??? S Jaishankar (The Next Day): We are not dallal that we go about negotiating ceasefires. (Rajdeep Sardesai : Ye kisko bola ye.) May 2026, Modi to S. Jaishankar: Rubio is coming to India. Jawab dene ka time aa gaya hai. Scene One When U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio arrives in Delhi, he is received not by External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar, but by Nagaraj Naidu Kakanur, Additional Secretary for the Americas Division at MEA. No Indian cabinet ministers or senior politicians were present at the airport to welcome him. At Kolkata airport, he is greeted only by U.S. Ambassador to India Sergio Gor and West Bengal's Chief of Protocol Avadh Singhal. After being publicly embarrassed in a joint press conference, where S. Jaishankar frankly stated that India's policy is "India first" not "America first" Rubio was seen off by the local police and junior bureaucrats, with no senior Indian ministers or high ranking officials in attendance at Jaipur. Modi ji last heard on phone with S Jaishankar : Invite Sidhant Sibal in every press conference of the USA President and Norway PM in India.

I can’t help but wonder what on Earth is wrong with the people involved in this. Someone commissioned them. Someone designed them. Someone approved them. Someone thought it appropriate to spend public money on them. None of those people - including Sadiq Khan - has the slightest sense of aesthetics, style or taste, and none should ever be involved in designing the environment we live in ever again.

Once again, my appeal to Indians in America on a visa. Please come home. Even if you feel it is hardship and sacrifice, self-respect should dictate your course. Let's make Bharat proud 🙏
Homeland Security@DHSgov

An alien who is in the U.S. temporarily and wants a Green Card must return to their home country to apply. This policy allows our immigration system to function as the law intended instead of incentivizing loopholes. The era of abusing our nation’s immigration system is over.

If you start a company on a TEMPORARY NON-RESIDENT visa, that risk is on you We're tired of seeing our immigration system be twisted and abused to serve the interests of immigrants, rather than the interests of the American people
Rasty Turek@synopsi

This is insanely stupid. I waited 24 months for my green card. I would’ve to go back for 2 years, while paying two rents, paying two sets of taxes and somehow figuring out how to run my company from 6,000 miles away. This terrible decision will have very bad ramifications.

When will Indian parents understand that children also deserve privacy? My mother often comes into my room without knocking. Whenever I get a phone call, she keeps asking who it is. Sometimes, if I am not there, she even receives my calls. I don’t like this habit of hers, but she is my mother, so I can’t say much. Parents should understand that loving and caring for children is one thing, but respecting their privacy and personal space is also important.🙏

"4500 deployments a day" is the same kind of metric as "I cranked out 3000 lines of code today" or "I sent 3000 customer emails today". Even talking about such metrics create the wrong focus - the metrics evolve to become targets (Goodhart's law). What matters is "Are we making more customers happy?" and no, I don't want to invent yet another metric for it.
Movez@0xMovez

Spotify's Chief Architect just showed how they ship 4,5K deployments /day with Claude at Anthropic stage 27-minutes. free. By #1 music app dev "More than 99% of our engineers use AI coding tools. Adoption took off after Opus 4.5" Worth more than any $500 vibe-coding course.

Old brands need to hire Gen Z/creative team to hop on trends! Parle could have done so much but ended up putting formal message like brand marketing in the 90s! Lost a bigger opportunity no brand marketing team would afford to miss.

If you're a boomer in your 60s and 70s and you own property and are well off but your children are struggling and can't even buy a home, what the hell are you doin? Your time is over. It's their time. Help them. Be a good parent, do whatever it is you need to do... sell the house if you need to, give them some kickbacks to help buy their first home, etc. Life is short. Be a good parent and don't squat on stuff that doesn't matter. Give them their time.
