@airindia In sheer frustration with @airindiain's abysmal customer service – a nightmare for business class travelers. An online modification led to a unilateral downgrade to economy without consent. Customer service fails me 6-7 times, and I'm left waiting endlessly for a (1/2)

@AmericanAir That definitely was not the demeanor on display today. You might want to invest in some customer service/soft skills training for your employees, especially when customers bring such incidents to your notice. Empty apologies don’t hold much weight.
