@NIKHILLJHA Logo ko lutne ke dhandhe hai. Why don't these companies undergoes a pre health insurance check up while issuing or porting the policy. But as said that the business of health insurance is not to give benefit to the individuals rather deny the claims. That's the business !!

If you do not disclose pre-existing diseases to the insurer at the time of porting the policy. The following things will happen:- 1. The insurer will reject ur claim 2. The insurer will terminate ur policy 3. The insurer will not refund any of the premiums paid, 4. The insurer can do this even after the moratorium period 5. No other insurer will give u a policy if u have a critical illness You will lose everything. So , do not hide anything while buying/porting a health insurance policy! Always be honest while buying/porting health insurance
