At Ahmedabad airport pickup, it’s a clear scam these guys are running. They delay exit and then charge genuine travelers. This should be looked at by @AAI_Official as this has happened couple of times with me. Malpractice should stop!

My father has invested in @utimutualfund , 20 yr old investment. UTI changed his details to some other member and he withdrew money. No validation. Trying to follow up through Hyderabad, Punjagutta centre, emails and calls but no help! Is @utimutualfund trustworthy? What to do?

@airvistara I have intentionally not boarded my connecting flight and will fly from some other airlines rather than hearing your excuses and deliberately trying to ruin traveling for me!

@airvistara I am flying from Paris to Delhi on April 3rd and was trying to book bassinet for my infant and your team told I can only get it from airport while Boarding. After reading reviews like this I think I have booked a wrong flight and this is inhumane policy!

I had my US visa appointment yday at the consulate. I didn't carry my phone and bag as it isn't allowed inside. I forgot that I was wearing @UltrahumanHQ ring and they refused to let me in. I came out and realized there is no one I could hand that over. Confused what to do next..

@airvistara We reached airport probably the first ones to checkin for Mumbai so no issues in first come first serve! I don’t think you have gone through all interactions including DM! I reached 4 hours prior as requested by your team! I called 3 days before and I reached out 2 months before!

@airvistara Wait, where was it mentioned in your check in about bassinet seats? Bcz I tried that and finally called your support 72 hours and they confirmed me booked bassinet but it was not booked as baby seats were not assigned to me! Is it my fault or your customer support inefficiency

@airvistara 2 month old tweet requesting for something you promote openly, followed by call 72 hours to book the same followed by 90 mins of requesting and pleading your team and then sitting far from wife while she handles infant is a crime! @airvistara how are you going to justify this!!!!

Ahaa @airvistara as per your support team suggestion booked bassinet 72 hour prior to my booking! And at the airport they made us hustle again and fight even after reaching 4 hour prior leading to bassinet and one parent sitting there and one behind! Such a pathetic experience!

@airvistara Will suggest everyone traveling with an infant to avoid air vistara! After flying so many airlines this is one of the worst support and experience I had to go through really hate to say but not flying with my baby in Vistara internationally!

@etihad I have a booking with Etihad for my kid's first international trip, and he is only 8 months old. to my surprise, Etihad is not helping us with the Bassinet because they have some tagging issue for infant baby with my ticket, which is an issue in Etihad ticketing system.
