@PaoloUggetti I’m a big live golf hater. I think they ruined a lot of this sport but he’s not saying nothing wrong here, buddy.

@megadkins_TFE Sure, he’s checking on the weather on his phone and seeing that glove I would put $1000 on that he has iron covers and the requisite brass brush. Maybe the kind that’s like a little bottle with water in it too.

@GolfloverUK I really do get it what you’re saying, but you gotta respect the player he wants was. And I’m sure he’ll be melodramatic and talk some bullshit about Physio or something, but you just can’t deny the the talent. He knows he’s walking for four days.

Listening to people in the golf club their consensus is that Tiger can make it back to the top 20 in the world?! I do wonder if people watch or understand golf at times! 🙄

I think it’s pretty clear at this point that Biden and his team thoroughly miscalculated how this war would turn out.

@JohnstonGarrett You know I’m old-school golf and I used to remember there was a lot of stories about guys being grounded that did well thinking Tom kite, Tom Watson, Fred couples, Tom Lehman, and others. It’s nice to hear good stories about classy guys. Always one bad story but like the good.

Fun Brandt Snedeker anecdote: One year at the Wyndham Championship I recall a Tour media official surprised that Snedeker was saying yes to literally every single media request each week. They told him it was OK to say no at times. Nevermind that he was arguably in his prime and in consistent demand, 2016, and would play in his second Ryder Cup a month later. Classy dude.

Lydia Ko found me on the range Tuesday at the Founders Cup and asked if we could reschedule our lunch interview for later that afternoon. The range was packed and players were waiting for a spot to hit. Then later, as her practice round dragged on, she asked if we could bump it to breakfast the next day – 7 a.m. It was there, over a plate of eggs, that we talked about retirement and how she plans to say goodbye (she doesn't want a retirement parade). We talked about how she's come to realize that she doesn't really love golf, not like many of her peers do, anyway. We talked about what drives her now. It was a 45-minute conversation, and I left feeling grateful. Ko was 16 the first time she told me that she planned to retire at age 30, two days after she made her first paycheck as a pro. She was always destined for greatness. But the woman she's become – the wisdom she carries – is what separates her now. golfweek.usatoday.com/story/sports/g…

Seve was Nike's first golf athlete and at the 1986 Masters they'd given him some shirts to wear but no headgear. Going into the final round Seve was tied for second place and both he and Nike wanted the benefit of the publicity that TV would provide. So, he bought a Masters visor, cut logos from two of his shirts and glued them over the Augusta logo.

@MHTruthUltra Hundred percent true. But if there is a positive to anything that’s going on right now, is you kind of sort of could maybe point out how Israel has been killing civilians for years now and not be called antisemitic. Maybe.

@AYMEL69 @ShooterMcGavin I didn’t see that until I read your reply and I looked back up and saw the goat symbol. He shoot her you’re not 20 you should have seen or heard of or know of a guy named Jack. I swear to God I don’t even know why this is an argument. I guess every generation has their biases.
