Hello @GigSky how do I go about a refund? I paid 30 quid for a weeks cruise wifi - not only did it not work once, you messaged me after 3 days saying ‘you have used all of your allowance would you like to renew? ‘ !!!

Hi @bandq_help @BandQ .Can you tell me how it’s acceptable to leave exposed wires and loose plugs in my elderly in -laws home? It isn’t&it’s actually illegal as confirmed by a builder we have consulted.This comes after weeks of shoddy disgraceful work,when they bother to turn up
