@ring is there an outage? My iOS devices have reported the ring doorbell device is offline. My internet is all working, the WiFi it’s connected to is working fine (tested) plus app says device health is fine. So problem must be your end ?🤷🏻‍♂️

@gohenry @Robin_L6 I wouldn’t worry too much about missing out to iOS. My son is 13 now and we cannot even add the card to his wallet! Keeps saying try later, been like it for weeks. Total joke from go Henry

Hi @gohenry why are you able to use gohenry with apple pay but not Google wallet. Not everyone has an iPhone. Please try and make gohenry usable on Google wallet.

@gohenry this is unacceptable. Please acknowledge and fix. Your chat said weeks ago this was a known issue when trying to add card to iOS wallet. Why still not fixed ???

@gohenry do you bother responding to tweets or x’s or whatever they are called now? See this pic. Card still cannot be added and I know this is a widespread issue with only your card. Please fix this

@gohenry my son turned 13 and when he went in the Go Henry app it gave him prompt to add card to Apple Pay. So we tried but on contacting card issuer stage it errors out and says please try later. We tried several times with same result. Issues at your end? Very frustrating! This

@SkyHelpTeam Maybe it's a temporary issue but is there a sky Q issue with downloading shows on the box. I've tried a few off catch up and/or available now and they are sticking at 0% and not getting anywhere. I tried a power cycle of the box but has made no difference

@Speedtest I have tweeted several times now and it’s still not addressed. Using speedtest.net in pc browsers is taking ages to find a server. App versions seem fine. Tested this on several computers and different browsers and all the same

@Speedtest problem still lingers when visiting speedtest.net in browsers on windows PCs. Taking an age to find a server. Not affecting ‘app’ versions of speedtest though. Please can this be looked into

@AppleSupport why is iOS so buggy? Today I record several videos. Almost 15 gigabytes worth. Having air dropped them to my mac I delete them from my photos app gallery and also clear them out from the recently deleted folder. Yet iOS has not given any of the storage space back?😡

@UKPowerNetworks what’s happening in RM3 9NF? Seems to be a brief power cut in area every week at moment. Just got back from holiday today and it’s apparent there was another this week judging by the clocks all being out of whack. This cannot keep happening. Thanks

@UKPowerNetworks Power cut at 4.47 pm approx just now. Now back on but what is going on? This is happening far too regularly on RM3 9NF. Whole of Woodstock Ave was knocked out. Want some answers ?!
