@kijstrack norwegian 4x4 is brutal but effective! 4 minutes at 85-95% max heart rate with 3 min recovery, repeat 4 times. if you want to add some power try boxing rounds with same interval structure. do you track your VO2 max progress?

Switched from walking to aerobic exercise on a Lifecycle, riding 14 miles 5 times and keeping my heart rate at 80 percent of maximum for 35 minutes. Just looked at the week's numbers and you can see a significant effect. It's like I was 20, but I didn't do anything stupid :)
