2) We should completely transform how we do biology. Not test hypotheses, but go all-in on data collection.
3) Unaligned AI might not be bad. Humans are egoistic and too good at causing suffering.

@LaurieGreen36 @davidasinclair they are going very very very slow. it took long months for only couple of human clinical trials. they could announce early results at least. when i see this speed, i am losing my hope that these tech will come before we die.

Personalized DNA Vaccine Doubles Glioblastoma (brain cancer) Survival Rates
A new personalized DNA vaccine for glioblastoma, called GNOS-PV01, showed promising results in a small phase 1 trial.
Researchers created a custom vaccine for each patient by targeting up to 40 tumor specific neoantigens, helping the immune system recognize and attack the brain cancer.
In the trial of 9 patients with aggressive MGMT-unmethylated glioblastoma, the vaccine caused no serious side effects and triggered immune responses in most patients.
About two thirds survived one year, and one third were alive after two years, roughly double historical survival rates for this group.
One patient remains recurrence free nearly five years after diagnosis.
