@Xfinity @comcastcares @CityofBerkeley internet has been out since 9am, and the eta for restoration is now 6pm. It’s impacting all of Berkeley, and surrounding cities. How is that ok? No one can work or go to school. This is unacceptable.

Reporting on Stormé’s life was one of the greatest experiences of my life. Shout out to the @SchomburgCenter for their preservation work, and to Michelle Parkerson, who first released a documentary about Stormé in 1987, and kindly allowed us to excerpt it for this piece.
