NEW: NHL fans under investigation for allegedly making a Nazi salute during a Stars game at the American Airlines Center in Dallas The fans were seen doing the gesture during a 5-1 win against the Maple Leafs on Dec. 21, and the clip recently went viral “American Airlines Arena (AAC) has zero tolerance for any acts of hate and/or discrimination, and we aim to ensure an environment for our guests that is free from disruptive behaviors, including foul/abusive language and obscene gestures,” the AAC said in a release Wednesday, per ESPN “As such, we strongly denounce the actions that appear to be depicted in the video footage and are conducting an internal investigation. All fans and attendees are expected to adhere to AAC and, as applicable, NBA or NHL Codes of Conduct when attending events.”

🚨Phoenix Police Officer-Involved Shooting - May 25, 2025 2500 E. Cactus Road in North Phoenix area. Desert Horizon Precinct - Officer Michael Uglade-Flores #11219 at approximately 2:30 p.m. observed 46-year-old Sam Perone operating a vehicle in violation of Arizona traffic statutes. The officer initiated a lawful traffic stop, and Perone's vehicle came to rest. Before the officer could fully bring his marked patrol unit to a stop, Perone had already exited his vehicle and assumed a confrontational posture. Perone refused to comply. The confrontation transitioned from verbal to physical when Perone struck at the officer's head, initiating a full physical altercation. A bystander in a black T-shirt intervened and attempted to pull Perone away from the officer. Perone was subsequently booked into the Maricopa County Jail on two felony counts of aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer (MCSO Booking #G181664) and held on a $500,000 secured appearance bond. While on the ground prior to arrest, Perone continued to verbally confront officers. Officer Michael Uglade-Flores (Badge #11219), a four-year veteran of the Phoenix Police Department, sustained swelling and abrasions to the nose area and was evaluated at a hospital before being released that same evening….Huge respect for this officer. Blue lives matter. My advice to those who think they are above the law gods: Stay off drugs and or steroids and comply with the law.

Oh, sure … MSM outlets, @FBI “sources,” and members of the Former Agents Group (F.A.G.s) have all said, “Nuh-uh,” but that isn’t “debunking.” That’s not doing the work themselves, and showing different results. No one has yet done that. They are still only parroting the intel community’s narrative — told through “sources” who also haven’t done the work — delivering the message they’ve been assigned to spread.

My joint statement with @LeaderJohnThune on DHS funding: We appreciate and share the President’s determination to once and for all bring an end to the Democrat DHS shutdown. In the coming days, Republicans in the Senate and House will be following through on the President’s directive by fully funding the entire Department of Homeland Security on two parallel tracks: through the appropriations process and through the reconciliation process. We appreciate that Senator Graham and the Senate Budget Committee have already initiated the process of developing a budget resolution that will ensure border security and immigration enforcement will be funded for the balance of the Trump Administration and insulated from future attempts by the Democrats to defund those agencies. We operated under a belief that while our country is in the midst of an international armed conflict, Democrats might finally come to their senses and understand that defunding our homeland security agencies is beyond reckless and very dangerous. While we hoped they would accept the 60-day CR to fund the Department entirely so that bipartisan negotiations could continue, it is now abundantly clear that Democrats place allegiance to their radical left-wing base above all else — including their own power of the purse — which means open borders and protecting criminal illegal aliens. That is not acceptable to Republicans in Congress, nor is it to the American people. We cannot allow Democrats to any longer put the safety of the American public at risk through their open border policies, so we are taking that off the table. In following this two-track approach, the Republican Congress will fully reopen the Department, make sure all federal workers are paid, and specifically fund immigration enforcement and border security for the next three years so that those law-enforcement activities can continue uninhibited. In return, Democrats will once again demonstrate to the American people their support for open borders and keeping criminal illegal immigrants in America.

I don’t often use the word “BOMBSHELL”.
But this right here is a BOMBSHELL, and I don’t think people yet appreciate the significance of it.
The government produced discovery to Brian Cole Jr.’s defense attorneys.
Brian Cole Jr. is the accused planter of the Jan. 6 pipe bombs, whom many people believe to be a total patsy.
I am one of those people who believes he is a total patsy.
The government just provided discovery to Cole’s defense team, which alleges that on November 6, 2025, Kerkhoff was subjected to a polygraph AND FAILED.
She was allegedly asked two questions: “did you place those pipe bombs?” and “did you place those pipe bombs that evening?”
She allegedly FAILED that polygraph, according to this filing from the defense.
The date is critical, because the polygraph apparently occurred TWO DAYS before Steve Baker’s exposé was PUBLISHED. I emphasize the word “published” because the article was almost certainly known / circulated internally presumably because it was circulated for review and comment, legal, etc.
Operating on the basis that the facts alleged in this motion are accurate (I would imagine the defense attorneys are not going to lie about Kerkhoff having failed a polygraph), it is stunning that the government would have willingly and knowingly communicated this prima facie exculpatory evidence to the defense, unless they had a good reason.
Some of you are going to say “Brady obligations”, etc. To which I would respond that this would not be the first time the government has “lost”, “accidentally” deleted, or outright concealed / destroyed what would otherwise be exculpatory Brady disclosures.
Heck, they did it to many of the Jan. 6ers in the first place. And many of the agents who violated the defense rights of countless Jan. 6ers still have their jobs.
One of two alternatives is likely true:
The government *did not know* they had that information when they turned over presumably hundreds of thousands of pages of discovery and terabytes of information to the defense.
They didn’t know. They sent it off. They just stepped into it, and it’s going to come back and destroy their case.
Or, they DID KNOW what they were communicating it to the defense, that it would destroy their case, AND THEY DID IT ANYWAY.
Call it an act of sabotage, from corrupt agents within a DOJ that has not yet purged itself of corrupt “deep state” actors.
To the extent that it destroys the case against Brian Cole Jr., who does it humiliate the most, and who does it benefit the most?
It will humiliate the DOJ - or at least those in charge.
Who will it benefit the most? Everyone who would otherwise want to sabotage the DOJ and the Trump administration, on the eve of midterms.
When this case blows up, it will be exploited and weaponized to discredit the Trump DOJ.
I have been saying for a while that under Bondi’s DOJ, there have been some debacles so egregious, they could only be the result of incompetence or sabotage.
The government either did not know what they were handing over to Brian Cole Jr.’s defense team, or they did, and it was intended to be sabotage.
Unless the allegations in the motion are incorrect, or there is another good explanation for what is alleged therein.
This is a bona fide bombshell.
