@Se_Railway No announcement on train or at stations hence people still expecting to get on an already dangerously packed train and bearing in mind it’s the day after bank holiday - imagine a normal day 🤦‍♀️

@Se_Railway But the service is late every day? It’s not been on time at all during the last few weeks? And it was two coaches less today too - is this permanent under new time table - which is just making it worse. I’m not angry just disappointed- you been so good for the last 2&1/2 years!

I wish they had told me I needed photo ID before I got on the train to London an hour ago.

@TicketmasterCS @BSTHydePark tried getting in contact with you via email but just automated replies. When we Dm no reply No tickets for Duran Duran. Tried using BST app as directed get sent to Axs site which I can’t access. You have my money I have no tickets. This is pretty poor
