@AmazonHelp I did respond to the email. I let them know their solution leads to a dead end. There is no additional info to add. The wrong film is playing when I select the title “Kingdom of Spiders.” Who do I report this to so they can upload the correct film, @primevideo and @amazonhelp?

@AmazonHelp The solution you provided in the email does not work. I go from the link and follow each selection to the end where it takes me to customer service chat. I type in my question and it tells me to check my internet connection. 😵💫

I’ve talked to multiple folks in recent days who are all so annoyed by the amount of dumb AI videos taking over their social feed and it’s made them stop opening socials nearly as much. So, maybe one hopeful thing is that it will get us off our phones and into conversions, books, real life… we can dream right?

@brendengallager Los Feliz (Vermont/Sunset station) to DTLA (7th street) is 12 min. $1.75/ride. I prefer it to driving. But trains run less frequently than NYC, so you have to time it right. Wish we had an express train from DTLA to SM….that ride is punishingly long with a stop every few min.

The story. Today, the latest draft is back in their hands. Whether all of this work will result in a yes, is a mystery. But it's been a blast to work with a mgmt/prod co, learn a lot and leave it all on the page.
