@monzo hi, i keep getting this splash screen about enabling notifications but even after i dismiss it, it’ll come back another time i open the app. Also, I do have notifications enabled, just set to deliver quietly. see screenshot. any ideas how i can stop this popping up?

@fattydrummer @troytempest69 @SEATUK @SKODAUK been doing similar research to yourselves for my SEAT.
There are 2 TMC suppliers in the UK and @Trafficmaster_ who supply VAG and Honda have turned off their systems as of April. So only one supplier left and VAG don’t license them - they would need to release an update for it

@SKODAUK the tmc traffic function seems to be down on lots of cars in Oxfordshire. Its not an issue with the car apparently its the signal.

@ThreeUKSupport yep they are both physical SIMs. The 12mo one is actually a 24mo SIM with about 12 months remaining.

@ThreeUKSupport hiya, question for you - I have 2 SIMs, one has a remaining commitment (12mo+) and the other is a rolling monthly. Can I either transfer the commited contract to the rolling SIM, or transfer the rolling SIM's number to the commited SIM?

@DartCharge hi, received 2 PCNs last week where the toll had already been paid on autopay. Spoke to your phone team and they said this was because my autopay is on your new system & they have now cancelled my PCNs. Will I receive any written confirmation of this do you know?

@sainsburys trying to sign up for the Smart Shop app. Logged into my account but can’t add Nectar card. get this message. what’s the best way to find out which account my nectar is tied to?

@NatWest_Help hi, when trying to sign up for a NatWest product I get the below. However, if I've ever been a NatWest customer it would have been a long time ago (over 10 years) and I don't have any information it asks for (i.e. sort code, account number). Can you help me sign up?
