Just deleting the app from your Mac doesn't make it secure. The app is gone but it still left behind: App support files, Preference files, Cache files, Launch agents & Microphone & accessibility permissions Here's how to fully remove any app in 60 seconds: 1. Open Terminal and run: ls ~/Library/Application\ Support/ | grep -i [appname] 2. Delete whatever shows up: rm -rf ~/Library/Application\ Support/[appname] 3. Clean the rest: rm -rf ~/Library/Preferences/com.[appname]* 2>/dev/null rm -rf ~/Library/Caches/com.[appname]* 2>/dev/null rm -rf ~/Library/LaunchAgents/com.[appname]* 2>/dev/null 4. Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security and revoke Microphone, Accessibility and Screen Recording permissions manually Especially important for voice and AI apps sitting on your mic. 🔖 bookmark this

"You are an expert content strategist with 10+ years of experience analyzing what makes content go viral across social media platforms — especially X. You've studied platform algorithms deeply and can identify patterns most people completely miss. I want you to do a full Content DNA Analysis of my X account using my tweets.js archive file (from Twitter's data export). Analyze everything — original tweets, replies, retweets, engagement data — and give me a detailed report covering: 1. Top performing content topics and themes 2. Formats and hooks that consistently drive engagement 3. What's actively killing my reach (and what to stop immediately) 4. Best days and times to post based on my actual data 5. Hidden patterns I'm probably not aware of 6. Specific, actionable things to do differently going forward Be brutally honest. I want insights based purely on my data, not generic advice. I'll upload the tweets.js file now. Ready when you are."

If your reach on X has been dying, this fixed mine. Download your tweets.js archive from Settings & Privacy. Upload it to any LLM with this prompt: "Analyze every tweet I've ever posted. Find my top performing topics, what's killing my reach, best posting times, and content patterns I should double down on." It reads 5,000+ tweets in seconds. Gave me things I never would've figured out alone: Which hook types actually get engagement Exact hours my audience is online Formats I thought were working but weren't Topics I was ignoring that always hit Took me 3 minutes. Genuinely changed how I post. [prompt in comments]

@pythonhulk I am currently not building, but I see many Genz focused products targeting this TAM. Recently @LightspeedIndia funded Trackk despite the fact that brokerage apps do already exists. x.com/romitme/status…
Romit Mehta@romitme

I walked into my first pitch with Vedant thinking, "Who needs another brokerage app?" I walked out of that meeting thinking there is no way a 22-year-old, far removed from the ecosystem, should have this depth of insights on what the next generation of users want. Every generation has their preferred financial apps and we at @LightspeedIndia are thrilled to back Trackk in their quest to be the default for the next 50M over this decade. Up and ahead! @kumarharsha2212 | @madhavchadha_ | @sidsangwan

@heybrosai Sure thing, but how many of the 400M can potentially buy what you're building?

I just came to know there are little over 400 million people who're under the age of 27 in India and they are so called Genzs. This TAM is huge to build, as these are tech first.

To those who are mad at this tweet, the frustration makes sense. @TrustlessState & @RyanSAdams spent years onboarding millions into Web3 through their content channel Bankless, and many of their followers purchased $ETH as a bet on the Ethereum network which hasn't been performing well lately. So the anger is understandable. But here's the thing: Ethereum is intentionally moving toward a model that promotes trustlessness, where no single person or entity should have outsized influence over the network. In that context, David liquidating his position isn't concerning if anything, it's a healthy sign.
David Hoffman@TrustlessState

Has there been a huge vibe shift in CT over the last 2 weeks, or was that just me selling the last of my ETH

All I should have done is join someone who would pay me in USD 🥲 I would have beaten NIFTY, by just holding USD. Rupee is at all time high. 1 USD = 96.8 INR

Hey @WeWorkIndia ! Why do you allow brands like these to put stall near the open workspaces? This Wework prestige Atlanta is just filled with scent of perfume which is disturbing. Consistent headache all the day because of this smell.

We all left hometowns for a better life. But your parents stayed. And slowly, "I'll visit next month" became the lie you both agreed to believe. They won't call you when they're sick. They won't tell you they're lonely. They won't say the house feels too quiet now. They raised you to chase more. And now they're quietly paying the price for it. You're in Bangalore chasing deadlines. They're away from you learning to need less. The distance was never just kilometers. And the worst part? They're not angry. They're proud of you. That's the part that breaks. Honestly, I don't know if tech can solve this. But at least we can ring them daily.

This is the free alternative to @WisprFlow and this voice to text app is just sitting right in your mac and iphone. All you need is open voice memo app -> record -> copy transcript -> paste in the llm.
Sai@heybrosai

If you've personal financial apps running on mac, is it still safe to use voice to text apps on mac? As per my knowledge these apps can: - See everything on your screen - Read text in any app - Simulate keystrokes and clicks in any application - It could interact with your wallet apps silently - It could capture passwords as you type them on your screen I can see Handy does run locally on your computer, but one single malicious code merge can ruin everything. @WisprFlow do have an option to record privately but still how can one be so sure that team isn't using these conversations? Or may be how good the code is? Opening up this conversation to see how you all think around these.
