I have been told the root cause of this issue was a conflict with the package "NiceHelper", version 4.5-2 of it should have fixed it now however.

Also I'm aware of an issue where the cfprefsd hook still being broken for some people on Xina jailbreak. Meaning that ldrestart and rejailbreak breaks. I can't reproduce this so I can't fix it, but I would assume it's some sort of problem with the jailbreak and nothing I can fix.
