🚨 REP. WESLEY HUNT (R-TX) just gave the PERFECT response:
Q: There won't be any black Republicans left in the House?
HUNT: "It's not relevant."
"I'm not here because I'm black."
"I am here because I am a qualified representative for Congressional District 38."
"The American people choose who they want to choose."
"I don't want to get into this game of RACE BAIT all day, every day."
"If there's 4? If there's 10? If there's NONE."
"I represent a white majority district that President Trump would have won by over 20 points, and I won by over 25 points."
"I'm being judged not by the color of my skin, but the content of my character."

@GiaMMacool Crazy talk. And whatever would happen to all the middle aged feminist therapists and their chubby, effeminate male counterparts who have sold themselves as the cure?

English

What if wives put the same amount of effort into having sex with their husbands as they do trying to get them into therapy?
Dustin Burnham@ModernDad

On this date, April 28, 1758, James Monroe was born — the last Founding Father to serve as President of the United States.
A young lieutenant in the Continental Army, Monroe crossed the Delaware with Washington and was severely wounded leading a charge at the Battle of Trenton (1776). He fought at Princeton, Brandywine, and Germantown, endured Valley Forge, Monmouth and served as a scout and intelligence officer.
As the 5th President (1817–1825), Monroe served during the “Era of Good Feelings.” Some of his key achievements:
• Acquired Florida from Spain
• Issued the Monroe Doctrine (1823), warning Europe against further colonization in the Americas.
• Oversaw the nation’s first major infrastructure push (Cumberland Road)
• Strengthened the military and stabilized the economy after the War of 1812.
After leaving office, Monroe retired to his Virginia plantation, Oak Hill. Financial troubles plagued his later years (Presidents often died broke or with financial troubles back then). He served briefly as rector of the University of Virginia and helped promote colonization efforts for freed slaves in Liberia (Monrovia named after him). He died on July 4, 1831 — the third president to pass on Independence Day.
A Virginian whose steady leadership helped define America’s early identity. 🇺🇸

Baltimore is hardly an example for ANYTHING. Corrupt local governance, high taxes, capital flight, incompetent contracting, homelessness, broken families and community, rampant addiction. Lowering the bar to its bare minimum - "prosecutors should prosecute criminals" is now the yardstick for success.
English

"Blue cities are radical hellscapes that can't fix crime."
Counterpoint: Baltimore.
Baltimore had 334 murders in 2022. Last year it had 133, the lowest since 1977.
The turning point was that voters defenestrated a Soros-backed prosecutor Marilyn Mosby who averaged 333 homicides a year across eight years and declined to use mandatory minimum sentences. (She was later convicted of mortgage fraud, so there's that too.)
Her replacement, Ivan Bates, ran on the Democratic ticket with a simple message: repeat violent offenders belong in prison.
Maryland law already allowed five years with no parole for convicted felons caught carrying a gun, but Mosby never used it. Bates used it a lot. In just two years, his office sent more than 2K repeat violent offenders to prison, double his predecessor's TOTAL.
The city paired that with a precision intervention program that identified the small number of people driving most of the violence, which led to 631 arrests (94% haven't reoffended).
Police also seized 2,480 firearms last year alone, including hundreds of ghost guns, while maintaining a 64% homicide clearance rate. When shooters know they'll get caught and actually prosecuted, behavior changes.
Sandtown-Winchester, once the most violent neighborhoods in the city, just went a year without a killing!
Carjackings (-51%) and robberies (-24%) are also down.
Baltimore didn't change demographics, or its culture, its rules, or much of anything else in those years. It simply voted in a new Democratic prosecutor, who decided the city needed to finally put violent criminals in prison.

Stanford scientists found one bacteria missing in almost every obese, diabetic, and inflamed patient they studied.
It's supposed to make up 3-5% of your gut.
In people with metabolic problems, it's often 3,000 times lower.
This bacteria has one job.
It lives in the mucus lining of your gut wall,
The last layer of defense between your bloodstream and the outside world.
It eats old mucus, stimulates your body to make fresh mucus, and seals the wall tight.
When it's there, your gut barrier is strong.
When it's gone, the wall thins:
Weight becomes harder to lose
Food particles leak through
Blood sugar misbehaves
Cholesterol creeps up
Inflammation climbs
Researchers at Nature Medicine gave this bacteria to overweight adults for 3 months.
The results:
- Cholesterol dropped
- Insulin sensitivity improved
- Liver inflammation markers fell
- Gut barrier function strengthened
- Body weight started trending down without a single diet change
Here's what people are reporting when they rebuild this strain and its probiotic cousins:
Blood sugar stabilizing
Cravings for sugar fading
Bloating disappearing in days
Skin clearing after years of struggle
Clothes fitting differently in a matter of weeks
What destroys this bacteria?
Alcohol
Antibiotics
Chronic stress
Artificial sweeteners
High-fat, high-sugar processed diets
You can't buy this specific strain at most health food stores.
But you can feed the bacteria you already have, and colonize with related strains that do similar work -
At levels 10x higher than any capsule.
The trick is fermentation.
A jar of homemade yogurt fermented with the right strain for 36 hours at the right temperature can deliver 200+ billion live probiotic cultures per serving.
A store-bought yogurt?
Maybe 1 billion if you're lucky.
Dr. William Davis (author of "Super Gut") has spent years documenting exactly how to do this at home.
I've been making it myself for 3 years.
The difference in how I feel is night and day.
Comment PROBIOTICS and I'll send you the free guide on how to make unlimited probiotics at home.
P.S. MUST Follow for me to DM you.

Bill Maher asks how the government is “failing the poor so badly” when he pays “60 PERCENT” of his earnings in taxes.
“Last week was tax day… I paid the government probably almost 60% of what I earn. That’s a lot.”
“And I… wouldn’t mind if Bernie Sanders would stop saying the rich don’t pay taxes.”
“The top 10% pay 72% of all federal income taxes. And the bottom half, 3%.”
“The Democratic Socialists talk about socialism like we don’t already have a lot: Social Security, unemployment, Medicare, nutritional assistance, Medicaid, Obamacare, disability, housing subsidies.”
“How can you be soaking the rich and failing the poor so badly? How can it be that the federal government alone took in over 5 trillion in taxes last year, and we still need that?”
“Are we really this incompetent and corrupt?”

Everyone’s told plastic pollution is a “global” problem…
But the data say something very different.
Roughly 90–95% of ocean plastic comes from a handful of rivers... mostly in Asia and Africa. The Yangtze. Ganges. Mekong. Nile. Niger.
Not your grocery bag in Colorado.
Not your straw in D.C.
A small number of poorly managed waste systems are doing the overwhelming majority of the damage.
The UN isn’t structuring this like a solvable engineering problem... it’s structuring it like a permanent global revenue stream.
Because if you solve it quickly and directly…
there’s no need for decades of committees, funding mechanisms, and “frameworks.”

United Nations Geneva@UNGeneva
Our oceans are becoming a trash heap, overwhelmed by plastic pollution. It’s time to break the habit of single-use plastics. #ActNow to #BeatPlasticPollution!

@rob_avis_ramble Its charged because you touch on the nerve of the selfish, the fat, the lazy, the indolent, the ugly inside. People react violently to those who have what they do not. Covetousness.

Suggesting it’s good for the health of a marriage that wives maintain a basic level of fitness and doing so becomes increasingly important as you age apparently results in comments such as:
"You look like a praying mantis on meth," "ugly clout-chasing retards," "a podcast loser's hump toy" as examples of a few of the more colorful ones aimed at Avis or me today 😂.
I like the extra effort to say something unique, and it’s good insight into how charged the topic is and how many people are hurting on all sides of it.
More discussion is definitely needed -R

🚨 JUST IN: Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas is being praised nationwide for dropping this TRUTH on leftism and "progressivism"
"Progressivism seeks to replace the basic premises of the Declaration of Independence, and hence our form of government. It holds that our rights and our dignities come not from God, but from government."
"It requires of the people a subservience and weakness incompatible with a constitution premised on the transcendent origin of our rights."
You NAILED IT, Justice Thomas! 🇺🇸
This guy is the true GOAT.

I was today years old when I learned there is a heresy called “Americanism”. It was declared by Pope Leo XIII (coincidence?) in 1899. It’s characterized by basically putting your own conscience above the Church. From the left it might include support for abortion or same-sex marriage, but it seems like we’re starting to see a manifestation of it from the political right in questioning the Pope’s authority to comment on American involvement in wars or immigration policies. We’re even seeing questions about the legitimacy of this Pope. If your first (or even second) instinct on hearing the Pope calling for peace was to assume it was an attack on Trump, or worse, to attack the Pope, you need to examine your conscience. We are Catholic Americans, not American Catholics. Our first duty is to the Church, not our national government.
