Had a really inspiring day at UCL Eastman. As I come to the end of my training, I really will miss my very very lovely Professor.

@LNER No, that’s not what I asked. I asked why, when all your staff where on the train and it was still advertised as a 07:55 departure, you left the doors locked and passengers waiting on a cold and wet platform for 45 mins rather than letting them wait on the train.

@LNER is there any reason why you left passengers waiting on a cold and wet Inverness platform for 45 mins rather than letting us on the delayed 07:55 train. It would have been much kinder to let us wait on the train.
