My new thing I have started doing is explaining to patients what I'm doing when performing a routine oral cancer screen, what I'm looking for and where and how they can do it at home if they can't get to a dentist for a while. Already had some positive feedback from patients

@_dr_bal @PippaK10 But beware of yesmen. You need people who share your values but can tell you objectively if they think you're doing something wrong.

Sometimes surround yourself with the right people & they will give you all the positive energy you need.

@PippaK10 I hear you! I have been in places with so much to offer but the people / environment just did not suit me. It takes a strong person to recognise this and move on to where you are valued!

@_dr_bal have been doing lots of research on succeeding in business. 1 thing mentioned was you will get negativity/people who do not see value in you but you don't need to care about those. Only the people close to you see most of your value so focus on them and their opinions way more

Got outside to Boxhill Surrey & walked in nature! Ahhh it felt so good! Thank you to the volunteers for being so kind too, and helping us pick the route for us!
