Got this green line on my phone 2 days back, but Samsung says your phone should be within 3 years to replace it otherwise pay 11k. What kind of policy is this?

I am using S22 from May 2022, I recently received One Ui 8 update and after update there is green line shown in the picture. @SamsungMobile what should I do, samsung service center said that your warranty is expired, you should pay for screen replacement @ManojSaru @SamsungIndia
