@nfisherman_ Another thing was making it not feel like more homework. We did our readings together in-person. 5-10 minutes of reading followed by 5-10 of discussion for an hour, led by questions and good facilitation. Make it feel more like chatting with comrades/friends than a report back

@nfisherman_ Hopefully going to write something up for the activist but for my chapter it was about having readings that had organizing lessons and practical applications for our work. And showing this by having discussion questions about what how we read could be applied to our organizing….
