Guys, voting “against” Kaz at this annual meeting does not force him to leave as CEO of $OPEN…
What shareholders are actually voting on:
• Director elections: Three Class III directors (David Benson, Eric Feder, and Eric Wu). Kaz is not up for election this year (he’s Class II, term runs until 2028).
• Say-on-Pay: An advisory (non-binding) vote on executive compensation — this is the big one. ISS and Glass Lewis recommended voting against Kaz’s pay package.
• Auditor ratification (routine).
Kaz’s huge compensation is almost entirely performance-based PRSUs (tied to big stock price targets like $6+). It’s “say-on-pay,” so even if it fails, it’s advisory only — the board can still pay him.

@JamesCh67471584 @fordnation Florida is a total shit hole and is overpopulated
English

@fordnation Statistics lie. Crowing about a handful of people is a joke. Florida is half your country’s GDP. Lololololol. Please threaten to leave my state. Lololol
English

I can’t believe I have to say this again, but Canada will never be the 51st state. Canada is not for sale.
While I’m at it, here’s the truth: in April, Ontario created 680 per cent more jobs than the U.S., adjusted for population. That’s how we protect Ontario.

@knachiavelli @fordnation What empire? Can they even defeat yemen or Iran first
English

@fordnation you canadians have lost the right to claim ownership of canada, you will be colonized by the american empire along with cuba, venezuela and greenland

Canada needs to join the United States. Here’s how it could realistically happen.
@USAmbCanada, the U.S. should extend an offer to Alberta to become a territory with a pathway to statehood, should they vote in a referendum to leave. Under Canadian law, the “Reference in re Secession of Québec” (a ruling by Canada’s Supreme Court in 1998) means that an Alberta referendum vote on a clear question, with a clear majority to leave, would be binding on the Government of Canada.
Alberta is an excellent candidate to join the union. They have vast reserves of oil and natural resources. Culturally, they are identical to the American West — in tradition, religion, and values — as well as different from the rest of Canada. They feel contempt and alienation from the rest of Canada, because Ontario and Québec dominate at Alberta’s expense.
All that @realDonaldTrump has to do is release a TruthSocial post that reads: “Alberta, if you vote to leave Canada, we will welcome you to America with a pathway to statehood.” That’s enough. Alberta hasn’t voted yet because, independent from Canada, there is no good economic option for them. Joining the United States would give Alberta the option necessary to proceed.
If @POTUS acquires Alberta, he will have expanded the land territory of the Union more than any president since Thomas Jefferson. He will have changed the literal map of America that is our conception of this country. That’s a great legacy, especially for a real estate man as president. Not to mention, in that land he will have acquired billions of dollars in energy reserves and untapped critical minerals.
As a natural-born Canadian citizen, my loyalty is to the United States. I know that the only hope for Canada’s success is the United States. The Canadian state is mediocre and provinces will be forever trapped beneath its glass ceiling. By contrast, America has infinite opportunity and empowers its people, which would enrich Canadians holistically. Joining America would remedy a mistake that George Washington in 1775 sought to correct. It would be the greatest union in history.

@arjunswritings @USAmbCanada We have to be careful taking all of Canada. It's a bunch of lunatics over there. Only the good provinces with good Christian values.
English

Although possible, Trump is just throwing chum in the waters to get reactions, like Alaska and Hawaii, strategically, it would majorly benefit BOTH the U.S. and Canada. I suspect becoming a blended family will be a challenge, but I believe a successful and prosperous family can be built. There are a lot of good people in both countries.

🌹💰⛔️🇨🇦 : Alberta Premier Danielle Smith says it could easily cost over $400 billion for an independent Republic of Alberta, to set up a credible government.
Smith adds it will require an additional $50 billion a year to run such a government.
The Premier also says Alberta would have to renegotiate all trade deals, including agreements under USMCA.
Danielle warns a new Republic would likely face immediate new tariffs or higher tariffs on Alberta goods, currently under Canadian trade deals.
She also warns travel and property rights inside the rest of Canada & around the world could be limited, cumbersome or rejected.
Do you think the Premier's warnings are credible?
English

@bruce_mcgonigal An independent Alberta could cripple the rest of Canada. Any and all products going to or from the port of Vancouver by rail or truck would have to pass through Alberta. BC would become an island from the rest of Canada. ON & QC would be cut off from Asia...no more BYD's.
English

Alberta sent $600 billion to Ottawa in the last 20 years, that we got nothing in return for. Zilch.
Ya, start up costs could be significant, but staying in this failed experiment will be costlier.
Does she seriously think she can get us a fair deal?
Juno News@junonewscom
BREAKING: Premier Danielle Smith says a costing document on Alberta separation could be released by August. "There's probably hundreds of billions of dollars worth of start-up costs... to set up a fully functional national government from scratch," she said.

@buyingwater247 @rabois @LordHbo @grok For Opendoor ($OPEN), the most recent publicly available insider ownership filing shows that Keith Rabois beneficially owned 615,409 shares of common stock directly when he rejoined the board and became chairman. This was disclosed in a Form 3 filed with the SEC
English

@Joeyisbullish @buyingwater247 Your profile says you're long BTQ which Eric Jackson was pumping. They make no money at all..
English

@buyingwater247 Next time you and the other $OPEN critics get together for your weekly circle jerk, you guys should really spend some time coming up with more creative things to say to us 🙃

This is the moment I knew that would come!
$NOW is up 10% over the weekend and now touching $136. That is an increase of almost 70% from the bottom around $81 in April.
The market has shown irrational behavior again by thinking AI would wipe out all SaaS companies, while it makes them stronger instead.
Let’s hope for more of those opportunities in the future, which will inevitably come.
Gublo@Gubloinvestor
What a $NOW comeback we are having. 10% up ⬆️

@ChrisBa74469894 @dwrightman @joel40hands @WSOnlineNews Alberta has zero chance of separation. It's just a pipe dream
English

@dwrightman @joel40hands @hkbitcoiner @WSOnlineNews lmao... provinces can separate because it's part of the deal they made when they joined...obviously you are just being a smart ass but I think you know better...
English

@dwrightman @joel40hands @hkbitcoiner @WSOnlineNews Sorry man, truly enjoyed our conversation. Hopefully Ottawa gets its shit together and nobody has to go anywhere. But Bitminer just joined the convo and he's a special kind of stupid. I'm out. Have a great night.
English

@ChrisBa74469894 @dwrightman @joel40hands @WSOnlineNews Yes, legally they can stop you from leaving.
English

@dwrightman @joel40hands @hkbitcoiner @WSOnlineNews Lol.. You can't stop us from leaving. I'm not sure why people listen to liberals. Natives can't stop us, judges can't, Carney can't, and libs definitely can't come up with some imaginary debt and say you can't leave till you pay it...lol. If they could then they would be worried
English

@amitisinvesting just wait for $OPEN to start printing absurd profits next year.
EBITDA Profit Q2 2026
Net Income Profit Q4 2026
GAAP profitability should come in 2027 imo :)
English

$PLTR
The biggest concern around Palantir over the past 2 years has been its valuation.
That concern should not be that relevant anymore.
If we are looking at other companies in Software, $SNOW and $CRWD are trading at HIGHER multiples on a NTM EV/EBITDA yet they are growing 2x LESS than Palantir and at 2x WORSE margins, as shown in the chart below by Arny.
You want to know what’s even worse?
The TTM GAAP profits for all 3:
Palantir did $2.28B in GAAP net income, actual profit coming down to the bottom line.
Snowflake LOST $1.33B and Crowdstrike LOST $162M!
$SNOW and $CRWD can’t produce a GAAP profit, have significantly worse margins and have significantly less growth but are getting a HIGHER multiple.
This is not to say that Snowflake or Crowdstrike are overvalued or don’t deserve the premium they are getting, but it is to say there is a massive valuation disconnect and anyone screaming that Palantir is expensive cannot make that argument relative to every other company in SaaS.
Better margins, faster growth, profitable…and basically guided to 100% topline growth next year.
This is obvious.
If the market is willing to continue giving these premiums to software companies as the “AI destroying software” narrative goes away, Palantir should continue to gain momentum.
Arny Trezzi@arny_trezzi
$PLTR is cheaper than $SNOW $CRWD despite growing 2x faster and at 2x margins. Just saying.

@Sundancencass I am more American than you will ever be you retard. 😂
I served this country and was born here.
If we’re going by your logic, then you are not American either. You are European.
English

I am SICK and TIRED of this Anti-American GARBAGE!
If you were born here, you are AMERICAN. I don't care if your parents were Mexican. You are not a Mexican-American.
My ENTIRE family was born and raised in Cuba. I was born in Miami. I am not a "Cuban-American". I am an American of Cuban heritage, if anything.
So many people are loyal to a country they only visit in the summer and don't even speak the language of that country. Its retarded.
