Please don’t ever order from H&M.com. My package went undelivered and has been lost in transit for over a week. Customer service has not been helpful at all. They have no idea where the package is because they deliver via friggin DoorDash.

@hm_custserv I have made an order on 2nd of October. The tracking link with a post hasn’t moved or updated. A post is saying h and m hasn’t handed the parcel over!
