@hm_custserv Gone to
store (Parkgate) today to the system is down for returns, been told to hold onto items for a week
and then try again. Not helpful. Want to return via inpost but there is a charge of £3 for this, will you be sending customers vouchers to cover this?

@HelpAtGeorge A refund was meant to be processed on 26/10 and i’ve had to chase it today where it’s been confirmed it wasn’t processed. I was told i would receive an email this morning, this hasn’t been sent.
