@RADAR_DJF @Kelsisheren What is BS this story? I read what the granddaughter wrote.
English

@hmomgraham @Kelsisheren It's bullshit.
I had to look into MAID for a relative.
It's not easy and there's a lot of checks and steps to it.
Google it for yourself and decide
English

BREAKING: a family member has come forward and in her words “my grandmother was wrongfully killed with MAID and approved while her power of attorney was on vacation and the grandmother didn’t have the capacity to consent and didn’t want it.”
I will be naming the doctors, the nursing home, the Maid assessors and every other person who touched this family. Welcome you’re about to be famous.
This happened in Belleville Ontario not far from where I grew up. This just got very personal.

@BishopBarron I agree that our society has turned away from God. I am a faithful Catholic. Our church needs to also take accountability. Why have so many lost Faith? Systemic 'issues', secrets, pedophilia, residential schools. How do we repair that and bring back the trust in faith and God?

I’ve just finished reading Gad Saad’s book Suicidal Empathy.
It ranks, along with Chris Rufo’s America’s Cultural Revolution: How the Radical Left Conquered Everything and Helen Pluckrose and James Lindsay’s Cynical Theories, as the best take-down of the lunacy at the heart of the wokeist philosophy.
For Saad, empathy—in itself a perfectly decent trait—has become so grossly exaggerated that it threatens truth, reality, and justice.
Cases in point abound: so they won’t feel bad about themselves, we’ll allow biological men to compete in women’s sports and crush the dreams of thousands of young women; so as not to undermine the self-esteem of minorities, we will permit unqualified candidates to have positions in universities and the corporate world; so that everyone might feel included, we will characterize the meritocracy as “white privilege,” etc.
As I was making my way through Saad’s book, I kept remarking the sharp distinction between empathy and love.
To empathize is to enter profoundly into the experience of another and to endeavor not to hurt that person’s feelings. But to love is, as Thomas Aquinas taught, “to will the good of the other.”
As I said, in itself and all things being equal, empathy is a good thing. But it is not the same as love, which, depending on circumstances, can very much involve hurting someone’s feelings.
When a professor gives a student a “C” as an honest reflection of his work, he might well be insulting him, but he’s also telling him the truth and perhaps even urging him to try harder.
When, in the Confessional, a priest tells a murderer to turn himself in to the police, he’s undoubtedly making that person’s life more uncomfortable, but he’s also willing the man’s good.
Any decent parent knows that showing real love for her children means engendering all kinds of bad feelings in them.
In light of this distinction, we can understand why Jesus didn’t say, “have empathy for one another,” but rather “love one another.” And why St. John the Evangelist didn’t say, “God is empathy,” but rather “God is love.”
It occurred to me as I was reading Saad’s book that one reason Wokeism has seized the consciousness of so many in the West is that Christianity has faded as a cultural force and Christians themselves have forgotten what stands at the heart of their faith.

@WilliamShatner You are looking Fabulous...lovely to see you...from Cape Breton Nova Scotia 🇨🇦

Andrew has been recently seeding the narrative that Charlie distanced himself from me. Here’s Andrew in his own words on a text chain with me and Charlie in May of 2024 denying that charge.
Charlie had my back 100%. His donors were the ones pressuring him and he always expressed to me that he thought the Daily Wire was behind the sudden push.
Truth wins.

English

@AndrewKolvet You want to clear the air and tell your 'side' then sit down with Candace. You hide behind your tweets and false narrative. We ALL see through it. Candace speaks TRUTH you are panicking and it shows. It's actually sad at this point.
English

Candace, you and Charlie were not friends. He managed you. He kept things light and polite so you wouldn’t turn on the org.
Show me any proof of genuine friendship from the last 12 months of his life? From the last 18 months? From the last 24 months? Not some 2018 text. Something recent.
You gave him anxiety whenever you called or texted asking (demanding) to speak at our events. He made me or Justin deal with you and George. This is why when you tried to hire me in Feb 2024 for PR I agreed to go along with it against my better judgment, because Charlie asked me to keep you close and protect the org from you. (The publicist I tried to hire to run point prayed about it and felt the Lord told her a firm no, and so, I ultimately declined).
This is your central, foundational lie.
You were not his friend.
You are not his defender.
You were his tormenter.
And now you torment his wife and the organization he built.
Candace, you are a fraud.

One more fight, Charlie. ✝️ I don’t fear these demons. We will win.

Good for Jamil. Politicians have been silent about these gross parades for so long.
Being normal and civilized is a winning position.
Jamil Jivani@jamiljivani
Why is Carney taking pictures with half-naked dudes in pervert costumes while kids are around? He should explain himself. Sign here if you agree: forms.gle/dUWcFemjn6JsRU…

I love it.
Jamil is doubling down.
And rightfully so.
No serious leader should be going to a parade where grown adults are walking around with their baby-sized wankers out, for children to see .
It’s disgusting & should be denounced.
Until decency is returned to Pride & the law upheld, politicians should not be supporting nudity or public displays of perversion.

Very good news!
I asked @PierrePoilievre what he plans to do as Prime Minister of Canada about the abuse of child transition.
He was more clear than he’s ever been in vowing to stop it!

The attacks on Candace Owens and her family have hit an all-time low.
The way people are disrespecting her children just because they want to silence her is honestly disgusting.... And instead of making me back down, it only makes me support her even harder. The tactics are clear as day now.
We support you, Candace!
And no matter how hard they push… don’t give up.

@MarcNixon24 @elevatereport @Melanie54333723 Trust me those stupid elbows up are still blaming Covid and will keep doing so.

We are witnessing the beginning of the end of Mark Carney's time as PM.
My Bold Prediction
He will make history as the first PM to lose a majority government prematurely, and will not finish out his term.
The cracks that have been happening in his caucus are now being reported publicly, and the added pressure from the Americans will not help.
It's about to start getting ugly.

@BlakeSNeff So out of your league Blake....wish you would sit face to face with Candace but you won't because she would rip you to shreds.
English

@JayGenXer Thank God Canadians are speaking up about this. Needs to be pushed on Main Stream media....CBC, CTV, Global. It's criminal what has transpired and so many left with irreversible damage physically and mentally.
