I pity tea totallers. When they wake up in the morning, they know that’s the best they’re going to feel all day!

I've just come home from visiting my wife in hospital following major surgery. The medical team have done an incredible job and we’re extremely grateful. But this surgery was after a 3 year wait and 3 cancellations. Last time they sent her home on the day of her operation. So when Streeting claims he's done wonders for the NHS, stories like my wife's are the reality. He can fight the doctors and fudge the numbers but our stories don't lie

Proud to join 250,000 people on the streets of London today to commemorate the Nakba and stand in solidarity with the Palestinian people. For 78 years Palestinians have faced ethnic cleansing, occupation, apartheid and genocidal violence - but the struggle for liberation continues. From London to Gaza, we say: from the river to the sea, Palestine will be free 🇵🇸

@piersmorgan The reality is that for every one who attended, at least another 500 supported them.

The UK population is 70m. Robinson got 50k to his march. That’s 0.07142857% of Brits. Not ‘a large majority’.
Kieran Love@Kezzza17

@piersmorgan Lost so much respect for Piers in this last week. He is so far gone from reality. He doesn’t realise what the large majority think and believe. He’s well and truly sold his country out. Very weak man

@DoubleDownNews Why are we even having a Nakba match in our capital city?

"Tommy Robinson could have organised his demo on any weekend, but chose a day coinciding with the annual Nakba Day march. Rather than push for date of Robinson march to be changed, Met Police ordered the route of Nakba march to be moved. To allow tens of thousands of Robinson's supporters, who have track record of violence, to descend on London the same day as a peaceful anti-genocide march is an act of gross irresponsibility on the part of the Met" @PulaRJS

Saturday morning, Unite the Kingdom March, Parliament Square, London. I’m standing here now and it’s filling with people and a really great atmosphere. I took this photo just now as the sun shone through the flags.

The Unite the Kingdom march organisers are spreading hatred and division. They do not reflect the Britain I’m proud of. Peaceful protest is a fundamental right and one I will always protect. But if protest turns violent, we will act swiftly, with extra court capacity in place.

Come and join us tomorrow ( Saturday 16rh May) on the march to commemorate the Nakba, the days when the Palestinian people were forced from their homeland. Their suffering and struggle goes on. We march in solidarity.

@DouglasKMurray @Wayne57072607 They say the only certain things in this world are death and taxation. We can now add another one. Starmers uncanny ability to get it wrong each and every time.

It’s as though Keir Starmer is on a suicide mission as Prime Minister at this point. How did this divisive and dishonest tactic work after Southport? He has done nothing to stop the small boats, nothing to ban Iran’s terror fronts in the UK and now makes his stand on this?
Keir Starmer@Keir_Starmer

I’ll always champion peaceful protest. But the Unite the Kingdom march organisers are peddling hatred and division. We’ve already blocked visas for far-right agitators who want to come here to spew their extremist views. They don't speak for the decent, fair, respectful Britain I know.

78 years ago, 800,000 Palestinians were expelled from their homes. Britain made it possible. Today, Israel is committing genocide in Gaza. Britain made it possible. 78 years of the Nakba - and 78 years of British complicity in crimes against the Palestinian people.
