Wallace almost dies in the woods because he trusted the wrong recruit. Faudron was all smiles and gifts. Stephen? The “mad” Irishman who was watching the whole time. Sometimes your wildest ally is your most loyal. 🎬📺 Braveheart ❤️🔥

Is Once Upon a Time in Hollywood the most “if I was there, it wouldn’t have went down like it did” movie of all time? I think it might be.

@DA_WooGo I recall Kasdan/Costner’s Wyatt Earp as being by far the superior film. It’s a long time since I saw either though.

What strikes me every time I rewatch the opening of Heat (1995) is how professional everything feels. No flashy dialogue. No unnecessary exposition. Just a group of people who know exactly what they're doing. Michael Mann understood that competence can be just as fascinating as action.

Shane Meadows' iconic revenge film Dead Man's Shoes is getting a @SecondSightFilm release in August! It's one of my all-time favourites so speaking to him about it back in 2023 was a huge highlight for me. Here's a reminder of that interview! cinemaperspective.com/2023/08/25/dea…

I still think it’s insane in the best way possible that Ben Kingsley managed to land an Oscar nomination for this. One of the all-time great depictions of being stuck somewhere with a psycho whom you can’t simply tell to just go away. We’ve all met a Don Logan, thats why it works
