The first PGC-ANX anxiety disorder GWAS is out. The combined GWAS of 5 major anxiety disorders identified 58 loci.

Data from the Global Burden of Disease Study corroborate the high prevalence of mental disorders affecting children and youths, indicating that more than one out of 10 individuals aged 5 to 24 years globally live with a diagnosable mental disorder. ja.ma/43I8nG0
