Laura testified that her alleged "miscarriage" occurred in September or October when she passed two "fetal sacs" during her deposition. Yet, somehow, Gingras wants to claim that Laura never made these statements (she did, we heard the audio), and Woodnick is lying.🙄 Fast forward to April 26, 2024, when Gingras filed Petitioner’s Response to Respondent’s Amended Motion for Relief Based on Fraud, which included Laura Owens' Affidavit: victimsoflauraowens.com/wp-content/upl… Here, Laura changed her alleged miscarriage date to July 23, 2023, when she reported passing two sacs. This adjustment seems intended to avoid the requirement for a fetal death certificate when the pregnancy exceeds 20 weeks. David Gingras had an obligation and an ethical duty to file a Notice of Candor, indicating that his client had lied. Alternatively, he should have withdrawn from the case. Instead, he submitted contradictory and false testimony from Owens to the court. The reason David is consumed with accusations that Woodnick lied? It's called psychological projection, folks. Projection is a psychological defense mechanism that involves attributing one's undesirable traits, feelings, or impulses to other people. David knows he is a liar and that his egregious conduct in this case was unethical and unprofessional. Becker added that one of the potential reasons Kickstarter provided for the suspension was "It's hateful or offensive content that fails to meet Kickstarter's spirit of inclusivity by promoting discrimination, bigotry or intolerance toward marginalized groups." Fox News Digital has reached out to Kickstarter for comment. Becker has since moved the campaign to the Christian-owned digital fundraising platform GiveSendGo, which is famed for platforming fundraisers that are not allowed on other platforms. Becker says the recent removal of her campaign and the viral reaction it has sparked has actually helped drive more attention to her project. "It's definitely helped.
