Legit got banned for the same thing inexplicay, while playing on stream with some friends... I'm only causing a fuss because I know ive never used hacks or cheats....and also the thousands of hours and dollars ive apent are now wasted @PlayOverwatch @OhReallyJared @aaronkellerOW

@BlizzardCS @PlayOverwatch How can you give the option to appeal a ban knowing you're not going to reverse course? I'm being accused/punished for using Cheating software?? when I've never done it ever. Is there someone I can speak to directly to have this fixed

@Iamfluxx_ @PlayOverwatch Yeah, it was basically - when they detect cheating though, there's no warning. So I'm basically just up shit creek with no opportunity to prove them wrong.. it's just their word and that's it. I feel so helpless because I would never do anything they're accusing me of.

@hrrsnwright @PlayOverwatch The worst thing I find is they don't actually tell you when/what they have detected, my account got muted (was probably deserved) but after that I didn't even join chat or type, my account got suspened 1 days after being unmuted, no idea why

@PlayOverwatch is telling me that I've been using an unauthorized cheating program. I have no idea what the program is?? - and now my account is banned. I've played Overwatch on the same Laptop for the last 6 years without changing any specs or anything ... and now this.

@BlizzardCS, @PlayOverwatch I appreciate the response -- but this doesn't tell me anything that I've done wrong! What hacks, what cheating program- I'm in the dark worried that something like @streamlabs In-Window Overlays are being counted as cheat programs

I still won't know what this 3rd party software is that I'm apparently using, so I won't be able to fix it -- I just want an answer and some justice.
