Quit nic and most caffeine completely trying to fix it Went from 10-15 6mg pouches a day to 0. Still drink coffee but only a few sips Have cried more in the last week than my entire life from frustration How do people live like this? Only way out is through- and fuck therapy

Life has been dragging me by my balls lately. Not a fan. Been waking up anxious/on edge daily for the last week. Random mini panic attacks. Mentally exhausted. Very out of character for me. Maybe stimulants? Popping nic pouches like tiktacs may have caught up to me.
