Joe Rogan just laid it out: Most Americans don't support the Iran war. There's no clear resolution. We were told Iran was "weeks away" from a nuke - but Netanyahu has been saying that for decades. Netanyahu needs this war. He has corruption charges in Israel. If the war stops, he goes to trial. If the war stops, he loses power. So he keeps fighting - and keeps dragging America with him

Retatrutide is positioned to be the best-selling drug ever. In trials, it led to 24% weight loss over 48 weeks and reversed fatty liver in 93% of patients. Eli Lilly is still working through Phase 3. But what makes it better than semaglutide and tirzepatide? (1/12)

Sign of the economy in Florida: My son, who has worked as a server at a restaurant in downtown St. Petersburg for five years, said it was “the busiest weekend ever” for Mother’s Day weekend. He typically clears at least $1,500 in tips in a weekend but he said he “made twice that.” Take that for what it’s worth, pun intended.

George Kamel reveals he would NOT take a $1,000,000,000 loan at 0% interest… “It’s not because I’m trying to be the ‘anti-debt guy’ it’s because I live by a set of values and principles, and I have found that living debt-free is simply a better life for me. So, someone else down the road, they can take that loan, and I wish them the best.” “I think taking on a billion-dollar loan at 0% to then arbitrage it and make money over here at 4%, it simply doesn't interest me.”

If you get a top 4 pick in this draft, you KEEP IT The Warriors are done winning championships in the Steph era. I say that w/ all due respect. There’s not one move you can make that will catapult you past OKC & SAS The best teams are young & athletic. If you bring Kawhi to GS that’s still not enough. And you’d be lucky to go a full szn where nobody gets hurt. The best teams are still great even when an all star player is out. GS is not that team. Don’t make a move solely to put you in playoff contention. The move has to CLEARLY put you in the same league as OKC & SAS. I don’t see one. This is their chance to finally have a building block after Steph. Keep it

The Warriors could consider flipping a top-four pick in a "blockbuster trade" for a proven star to maximize the remainder of the Stephen Curry era, per @DannyEmerman “Golden State could also consider flipping the pick in a blockbuster trade for a proven star. A top-four pick would instantly become both the franchise’s juiciest trade asset and its best chance at bridging the end of this era with whatever comes next. Choose your own adventure.” (sfstandard.com/2026/05/09/s-s…)

@TBerlaga lol say you were wrong and Florida does rank as #1 in inflation over past 5 years. Next, rising housing costs is not the flex you think it is lol. That’s literally inflation, along with home insurance and property tax

The first sentence of your own screenshot contradicts your claim. Miami and Tampa had the biggest housing value increase because everyone and their brother moved there. It’s a SUCCESS- not a failure. They were DESIRABLE PLACES to live. That’s why housing went up. It’s not “an inflation.” It’s called “housing market.”

"It's cool to provide ACTUAL EXAMPLES OF ACTUAL COMPANIES that lowered their costs but it's much better to refer to 'one projection' which likely calculated that SOME companies increased their cost hoping many people won't shop around and just continue renewing." Good deal, dude. I just listed a dozen ACTUAL COMPANIES that you can use and lower you cost, and you are giving me "a projection?" Sure, sounds great.

Insurance costs are high in Florida. Correct. You know what our neighbors in Illinois, California, and NY pay in state income tax every year? More than my entire insurance bill. Pick your problem. Ron Desantis doesn’t meet the standard. He IS the standard.
The Jake Buzz@thejakebuzz

Ron DeSantis cut taxes while every other state was finding new ways to take your money. Florida has no income tax and a surplus. He doesn’t meet the standard. He IS the standard.

I don’t know maybe. Quick check says: Florida metro areas like Miami saw elevated inflation (around 3.9-4% in 2023-2024 analyses) driven by housing demand from population growth and post-pandemic migration; however, cumulative data since 2021 shows higher rates in some Mountain West states, and recent 12-month Miami CPI is 2.1% as of early 2026, near or below national averages.
