@AmazonUK still refusing to refund me for a lost parcel until the 26th Dec. @evrisupportline have lost it but nobody wa to to help just want me to wait until they don't have to refund me by the looks

@AmazonUK purchased a £500 pc monitor on the 27th Nov, sent by Evri the monitor has been missing since 2nd Dec. Keep getting passed around by yourself given a new date of when they can refund me, now I have to wait till 11th Jan. Looked into it and by that point will be too late.

@steven55282148 @parbby @UberEats Keep at them, they have given me a full refund in the end. I just didn't give up and they passed it to their specialist complaints team who just refunded me as a good will gesture. Took a lot of messing around but happy enough with the outcome, but will stay away from uber eats

@parbby @hulltiger86 @UberEats They won’t help you. Just read through Twitter and other review sites on the net and you can see there almost never help their customers. In fact I really don’t think anyone actually reads these complaints. It’s a completely automated runaround.

@UberEats make a order, don't get what you order and still expected to pay for it. Just robbing people and don't want to listen to complaints 👍

@UberEats please delete my account as I no longer want to play the lottery of if my order will turn up right and then have to mess around trying to get my money back for something I never received.

@UberEats Not really just say it against your policy. So obviously your policy is to just rob customers. Make me pay for stuff I don't get. I am not giving up on this at all.

@UberEats did a order totally nearly £45 from McDonald's and only got a few of the drinks and 2 happy meals. Rang the driver and was a woman who didn't know what was going on but was a man who delivered it. Tried the online help but only getting £15 refunded, is disgusting.

@XboxSupport got my xbox series x on launch day. But since last night (19/11/20) my controller doesnt turn on my xbox or connect to the console, unless I turn the console off at the wall. Any idea what's going on? Seen a few people with same problem.
