@Rogers Is there anyway to get through to Roger’s?
This is the second day in a row that I’ve been on hold for over 40 minutes and just end up hanging up.
What’s going on with the customer service?
@sthubert Terrible experience with St-Hubert Kirkland. Waited nearly 1.5 hours for cold, awful food. My wife threw hers out, I barely ate mine. Complained to customer service—got an apology but no compensation. Manager was supposed to call, never did. Extremely disappointed!
@Videotron also in Pointe-Claire and lost internet/tv a few hours ago. Any idea on the status of when we might see service restored? I don’t see pointe-Claire listed on your list of outages.

Returned to the dealer and they said that they would buff it out and that would resolve the issue. Problem persists and they refuse to replace.
@ProvigoQc Loaded a coupon for 25000 bonus points if you spend $250. Spent well over $250. No points added. Two frustrating calls to provigos customer service and they were no help whatsoever. Next step office I guess is Office De La Protection Consumateur.
@ProvigoQc if you’re going to give points specials to your customers, then for heavens sake please honor them! Very frustrated with Provigo customer service. You call them and they have no power or authority to help you. They ust keep saying 3 to 5 business days.
@GoZwift Somehow overnight the data seemed to have come in. Maybe it was just a glitch? Thanks for your help anyway. If it happens again I’ll reach out to your support team. I was mostly curious if it was a global problem.

@steven55282148@parbby@UberEats Keep at them, they have given me a full refund in the end. I just didn't give up and they passed it to their specialist complaints team who just refunded me as a good will gesture. Took a lot of messing around but happy enough with the outcome, but will stay away from uber eats
@DFROST1@UberEats It’s funny how they tell everyone to DM them and when you do they just give you the same automated reply that you get here. There is no difference. They need to be shutdown.
@UberEats driver didn't ring the bell and didn't leave the food on door step. Tried calling the driver so we could go meet them to collect but they don't answer. Food stolen by driver and @UberEats refuse to rectify or refund.
@UberEats@_joshmccallum You don’t actually speak with a human. They are just automated robot replies. In the end they never end up helping. In the future go through your credit card issuer for help.
