+12 SaaS codés en 12 mois. Dont plusieurs qui génèrent aujourd'hui des revenus récurrents à 5 chiffres. Le but n’est pas de vendre du rêve. J’ai fait pleins d’erreurs, notamment recruté un mauvais dev et perdre 1 500€ sur un projet d’app. Mon objectif est plutôt d’expliquer comment j’en suis arrivé là. (+ un petit cadeau à la fin) Déjà, ado je codais des scripts bash pour hacker les ordis de mes profs. Puis des petits robots hardware pour automatiser n'importe quoi. J’étais déjà passionné, voire complètement obsédé, par l’informatique à 13 ans. Naturellement, pendant mes études en IT, j'ai lancé plusieurs SaaS solo. Mais bon…Zéro utilisateur. Zéro revenu. Créer un SaaS seul, c'est de la schizophrénie, faut être dev et marketeur en même temps. C’est non seulement ultra chronophage mais en plus c’est impossible de d’exceller dans les 2. Donc en troisième année j'ai commencé la création de SaaS pour des founders non-tech. Et là, tout a changé. Le premier SaaS était dans le secteur médical. Malheureusement on n'a pas trouvé le PMF. Mon deuxième client, c’est un outil de création d’avatars IA et on fait actuellement +1k/day. Ce genre de résultat, c'est exactement ce qui arrive quand un bon dev rencontre un bon marketeur (c’est le meilleur combo). J’ai continué à shipper le plus possible mais à un moment j’ai commencé à avoir trop de clients donc j’ai recruté. Aujourd'hui, je dirige Kavrn, une agence SaaS. On ship vite, tout est accès conversion et cashflow, que des A-players, le but c’est de créer des vrais actifs rentables. Je suis entre l’Asie, Dubaï et la France. On a une équipe de 3 devs et 1 designer. On développe des SaaS non stop, on connaît les problématiques par cœur et tout ce qu’il faut mettre en place pour vraiment print du cash. Donc si tu veux lancer ton SaaS, ou si t'en as déjà un mais que tu veux structurer et accélérer sa croissance, on devrait parler. Mais ce n’est pas fait pour tout le monde. Pourquoi ? Parce qu'on sélectionne nos clients avec soin pour être à 100 % avec eux sur toute la durée de création et le lancement de leur projet. Donc on prend que 4 clients par mois et que des personnes ambitieuses. Pour te faire accompagner par la meilleure agence SaaS Fr, prends juste un call gratuit avec moi.
