I haven’t drank in 6 months. Sleep is probably about the same. Have been sick twice in 4 months after not being sick last year. Body fat about the same. I’m not saying drinking alcohol is good, and honestly I never had more than 2 when I did drink, but this stuff gets overpushed. Just live your life. Be a mature adult and you’ll be good fam.
