Yesterday, I saw this building. I had to ask what the purpose of the building was. Apparently, it's the local cannery. That's something that only locals would be able to know. Why do we have signage that most people can't understand? Why isn't a translation available?

VP Vance asked for a thank you for an aid package he voted against. His administration also told Zelensky that he (1) has to give up parts of his country to Putin , (2) cant join NATO, (3) has to pay back the US for past aid, and (4) there will no new aid. So exactly why does Vance think he is owed a thank you?
The American people deserve a thank you & have received it from Zelenskyy many times.

So what I am understanding now is that the US will only come to another country’s aid if there is something in it for them. NZ doesn’t have oil, doesn’t have minerals. NZ hardly has an army, navy or air force. So much for ANZUS, we are a bit poked eh?
