Now: “Stop overreacting, they won’t go after birth control next.” They will.

Yet another proof that the US is completely agreement-incapable. It's pretty crazy when you think about it: they made the EU sign a deal that was egregiously one-sided in their favor - basically a colonial treaty - which the EU justified signing by saying it prevented higher tariffs on EU cars. And the US just violated the latter 🤦‍♂️ I'm not holding my breath but hopefully this time - unlike the previous times - Europeans learn this lesson: accommodating the US is literally worse than useless.

The continued attacks on NATO allies are counterproductive. The comments hurt Americans. I commanded the huge Ramstein AB in Germany. The two big airfields in Germany give us great access in three continents. We are shooting ourselves in our own feet.

@WallStreetMav How is it Europe's fault that the US pharma is overcharging Americans? It is by choice. You think the free market will set the correct price. Profit for share holders are more important than people's health. Why can't MediCare negotiate drug prices? Not because of Europe.

Germany, and most of Europe, has been free-riding off of the generosity of the USA for more than 70 years. They went for decades underfunding their defense spending within NATO, instead spending their budgets on a generous welfare state. Another area where Europe has abused the USA is in pharma research and drug pricing. The US government funds nearly 50% of new pharma drug research. Then Germany and other European countries impose price controls for their citizens, getting cheap drugs. That resulted in American patients paying much higher prices to keep pharma profits high. It wasn't until Donald Trump came along that he started changing the rules. He forced Europeans to start funding their own defense. Now Trump is going after the pharma pricing abuse also, focused on getting better pricing for Americans and halting the abuse by Germany and other European countries.

@iGuavaSe @LtTorstenson Jag tycker att det absolut viktigaste är att få ut så många invandrare utan koppling till en svensk som möjligt. Det är 10x för många invandrare i Sverige. Vi svenskar känner oss inte hemma i vårt eget land längre. Det går före allt för mig.
