Democrats don't really want a national ban on gerrymandering in large part because both Democrat and Republican data experts agree it would hurt the Democrats. It's a talking point. In California, their nonpartisan gerrymandering board was packed with Democrats, some of whom just claimed to be Republicans to get on the board.

If Fulton County was unable to certify and refuses to certify because they cannot get an accurate county, this doesn't mean they "disenfanchise" voters by upholding the rule of law and honesty and integrity. The duty is on the Fulton citizenry to oust those in power who were guilty of misfeasance or malfeasance....whichever.

If you fail to certify the Fulton County results then you disenfranchising Fulton County voters, taking their vote away.
There's no evidence that Trump got more votes in Georgia. You keep failing to cite any. Nowhere in that affidavit does it say there's evidence Trump got more votes.

The question Durbin should've asked is "who won the election in 2020" and not get side tracked on "popular vote".
Durban is run, being unable to say that Biden fairly won the 2020 election should indeed be disqualifying for any judicial appointment. It's important that they are politically independent of Trump, able to state the truth.
But instead he's asking about the "popular vote". The correct answer by any candidate is that they aren't going to get bullied into answering a loaded/leading question. While Democrats are aggrieved about winning the popular vote in 2016, it really doesn't matter.
It's so painful that they get stuck on this grievance that they cannot be effective at stopping Trump.

You have overwhelmingly strong proof that Fulton should not have been certified. Raffensperger and Sterling knew Fulton had this problem but Raffensperger's spine was suffering from too much estrogen. Georgia's certification was therefore NOT accurate. Without Fulton, Trump won Georgia. Case closed

The margin in Georgia was 11,779 votes and was affected by Fulton. Fulton SHOULD NOT have been certified and contained countless irregularities. That's the ultimate conclusion we can RATIONALLY draw from Stark's affidavit. No one on the left or right can RATIONALLY disagree with it. You have to put the blame where it lays and IMHO that is Fulton County election officials. Why is that so hard for you to do? (Answer: because then you'd have to say that Biden lost Georgia and you'd be made out to be an election denier by your own people.)
