Nothing should be forever, but I understand things need funded. If I die and someone inherits my home, they owe $0.

@CincyShadow I'm partial to a tax on the sale of real estate. Offer multi year payment plans. Basically skips the need for assessments. Still returns money to the local government but after being paid the property is fully yours, just like on any purchase.

This repeal is designed to centralize power, not benefit Ohioans. The revenue will have to be recouped somewhere else. Either via a sales tax increases to 15-20%, income tax increases to 11-15%, or shifting tax liability to utility companies, thus doubling your payments.
