23 years ago, I was just a toddler in my mother’s Call to Bar photo at the Nigerian Law School, Bwari. Today, we recreated that same picture, except this time, I’m the one being called to the Bar. 3 generations of lawyers. Legacy continued. Alhamdulillah

I stood alone at the bar, but I wasn’t alone. Every sacrifice, every prayer, every lesson from my parents stood beside me. They couldn’t be there physically, but they’re written into every chapter of this victory. Mum. Dad. I hope heaven is loud with your applause.🤍 #calltobar

I have every reason to hate Islam. I have every reason to speak against it. I have every reason to call Islam exactly what it is. Islam cut this boy’s life short. Islam deprived him of growing up. Islam took away his parents. Islam left him in pain and agony for 18 days. Islam is a cult that breeds the kind of people who killed this innocent boy. It is a cult that cannot transform hearts to love others as themselves. Instead, it raises fighters for what they proudly call “jihad.” I have every reason.

We Lost Him 💔😭 My heart is shattered beyond words Our little brother, 13-year-old David Raymond, has gone home to be with the Lord after fighting for his life for 18 painful days David was not a soldier He was not a criminal He was only a child whose only "offense" was being born into a Christian family in Plateau State On that dark night in Kawel village, Bokkos LGA, terrorists stormed his home while the family slept His father, Raymond Maichibi, stood between death and his son, hoping to save him with his own body, but he was shot and killed His mother, Nanlop Raymond, hid inside the bedroom, praying for mercy, but the bullets found her too David tried to escape, but an AK-47 bullet ripped through his back and stomach, leaving his intestines exposed As doctors struggled day and night to save this innocent child, his parents were already lying in a mass grave alongside 20 other Christians murdered simply because of their faith The family could not bring themselves to tell David that he was now an orphan They hoped he would recover first But today, that painful secret no longer matters David has gone to join his father and mother in eternity Before he died, his trembling voice still echoed from his hospital bed "They came in the night... My father tried to protect me and they shot him... My mother was hiding when they shot her too... I ran and they shot me in the back..." How many more children must die before the world listens How many more Christian families must be erased before our tears are seen The silence of the world has become another weapon against us "Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven." — Matthew 5:10 David's blood cries out from the ground His story must not die with him I plead with the Church around the world, do not stop praying for the persecuted Church in Nigeria Remember us before the throne of God Stand with us while there is still someone left to save May the Lord comfort every grieving heart and may little David Raymond rest in the everlasting arms of Jesus until we meet again Rest in peace, precious child Your suffering is over Your crown awaits you 💔😭🙏

Rev. Ezekiel Dachomo@ezekieldachomo0

My beloved brethren, this is Rev. Ezekiel Dachomo. My heart is heavy. My eyes are filled with tears. Since hearing the story of little David Raymond, I have struggled to find the words. How can a 13-year-old child carry such unbearable pain? How can a boy wake up one morning and discover that the world he knew has disappeared? David lies on a hospital bed today, fighting for his life after a bullet ripped through his back and stomach, leaving him in unbearable pain. While doctors fought through the night to save his life, the bodies of his father, Raymond Maichibi, and his mother, Nanlop Raymond, were lowered into a mass grave alongside many other innocent people from their community. The most heartbreaking part is that David has not yet been told that his parents are gone forever. His loved ones cannot find the strength to tell him that he is now an orphan. Imagine the moment when that young boy opens his eyes, asking, "Where is my father? Where is my mother?" knowing that no one has the courage to answer him. David recalled that armed men entered their home in the darkness of the night. His father stood between death and his son. Like every loving father, he tried to protect his child with his own life. He was shot. His mother hid in fear, praying that somehow she would survive, but she too was killed. David tried to escape, but a bullet struck him from behind. What kind of pain is this? What kind of world allows children to carry wounds that no child should ever know? Our Lord Jesus Christ said in 16:33, "In this world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world." Today, I ask the Church across the world not to grow weary. We cannot become silent while our brothers and sisters continue to suffer. We cannot close our eyes while innocent children are left without fathers, without mothers, without homes, and without hope. The Word of God tells us in 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." David may have lost his earthly parents, but I pray that the God who calls Himself the Father of the fatherless will surround him with His unfailing love. May the Lord heal every wound in his body and every scar in his heart. Brethren, please remember David in your prayers. Pray for his surviving siblings. Pray for every grieving family. Pray for every widow. Pray for every orphan. Pray for every community living in fear. And as long as God gives me breath, I will continue to speak. They may say I speak too much, but how can I keep quiet when children are burying their parents? How can I remain silent when families are wiped away overnight? As the Lord declares in 31:8–9, "Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves... defend the rights of the poor and needy." May God comfort every broken heart. May He strengthen the weak. May He heal David Raymond completely. May He bring justice, peace, and hope to every suffering family. In Jesus Christ's mighty name. Amen.

At 25, I bought my first piece of land. At 27, I became a landlady. Today, I’ve completed another milestone, a modern 5-unit, 2-bedroom apartment project. It’s fully gated, tiled, fenced, has a borehole and sits on a spacious compound. The best part? Within one week of completion, every apartment was occupied. No vacancies. I’m truly grateful for this journey. Congratulations to me. 🎉

I built a farm robot that will help farmers detect pests and treat them on plants… but that’s not even the surprising part This robot moves by itself (Autonomous) It uses AI to recognize plants It checks if there are pests If it finds them… it sprays treatment immediately If not… it continues moving as if nothing happened But this is just a prototype before full production I have a big vision for it to go international But it’s only with your support that it can happen you can make anything possible 🤖🤝❤️

Tope A teacher & A Farmer I Will Never Give Up 💪)
My wife studied Biochemistry, and when we first met, I was a bit worried about telling her that I was a teacher because two ladies had previously rejected me for that reason. To my surprise, she was happy and fully supportive. Because of her interest in education, she later obtained her PGDE and became a teacher as well. One day, we sat down and discussed our future. Since we were both teachers, we wondered if we could start our own school. Honestly, we had no idea where to begin, but we decided to take a leap of faith. We started with our three children in a three-bedroom apartment. Before the end of that first session, our school had grown to 50 pupils, and soon after, we moved to our permanent site. Today, by God's grace, our school continues to grow, and this Saturday we will be celebrating our 4th Prize-Giving Day. What started as a simple dream between two teachers has become a testimony of faith, hard work, and God's favor.

5 Years Anniversary… ❤️ 👩‍❤️‍👨 About 13 years ago, during a Maths & Statistics class, I saw a beautiful, innocent and loud girl making a little bit of noise. I walked up to her, asked her to keep it down a little, guess what she did? She just eyed me, look up and down eyeing o😂 From that day, I became a regular around her hostel gate and almost everywhere on campus. I kept telling her just two things: “I like you and I’d love to call you mine.” And of course, “If you agree, you won’t regret it because I have bright future o… moni future.” 🤣 Hard guy don fall in love. After months of plenty shakara, she finally said YES under a tree at the school car park. That was one of the happiest days of my life. Seven years of dating later, filled with love, laughter, growth, prayers, lessons and even tough moments, we stood before Allah, our families, loved one and h8ters 😄 and became husband and wife. Today marks 5 years of marriage, and Allah has been incredibly faithful. Beyond giving me an amazing wife, He blessed us with two handsome boys who have brought so much joy, laughter, purpose and plenty noise into our home. Watching you become such an incredible mother has made me love and admire you even more. Alhamdulillah for patience, understanding, good health, grace and even the “little change” because e no easy o. Happy 5th wedding anniversary to us, my love. Thank you for choosing us every day and for making our house a home. Here’s to many more beautiful years together, In shaa Allah. I love you, always Jola ❤️

LIFE HACKS NOBODY TAUGHT YOU BUT SHOULD HAVE: 1. Cold water stops bleeding faster than warm. 2. Yawning cools your brain — it’s not boredom, it’s survival. 3. Humming reduces anxiety faster than deep breathing. 4. Your tongue pressed to the roof of your mouth stops a sneeze. 5. Sleeping on your left side protects your heart and aids digestion. 6. Drinking water before meals reduces overeating by 30%. 7. Walking backwards improves memory and focus — science confirmed. 8. Honey never expires — it was found edible in Egyptian tombs. 9. Chewing gum while cutting onions stops the tears. 10. A dead phone can still call 911 — no service needed. 11. Sitting up straight instantly boosts your confidence level. 12. The “20-20-20 rule” saves your eyesight — look 20 feet away every 20 mins for 20 seconds. 13. Napping 10–20 mins recharges better than an hour-long sleep. 14. Cold showers after a workout cut soreness by half. 15. Writing your worries down shrinks them — proven by research. 16. Your body heals faster when you believe it will — that’s not hope, that’s neuroscience.

We got married in January 2025. She was supposed to resume law school in April. We tried everything we could to get her posted to the Abuja campus, where we are based, but it wasn’t meant to be. She was posted to Lagos instead. Everyone was worried. How would she cope? How would I cope? At the time, we didn’t even know she was pregnant, we found a month later. From that moment, every day came with a new prayer. Her exams were getting closer, and so was her due date. The estimated due date (EDD) fell right in the middle of her exams. Ya Rabb… we prayed every single day for just one thing, that the baby would wait until after her exams. Alhamdulillah, Allah answered our prayers. That guy waited.. She finished her final paper on December 13 and left campus immediately. But just when we thought the hardest part was over, she got to the airport and wasn’t allowed to board her flight. I can’t even describe what I felt. My mum was already in Abuja, waiting to help us prepare for the baby. My wife was stranded in Lagos, stressed, exhausted, heavily pregnant, and with no close family there. By the mercy of Allah, everything was sorted out, and she made it home safely that same day. Ten days later, she gave birth to our strong, healthy baby boy. And today, here she is, called to the Bar. By Allah, I cannot imagine everything she went through. Alhamdulillah for every single step of the journey.

Some victories deserve to be celebrated loudly, and this is one of them. Today, my wife was called to the largest Bar in Africa, and words can hardly express how proud I am of her. Let me tell you about the incredible woman she is. Her journey wasn't just about law school, it was about resilience. She resumed law school only to discover she was pregnant with our son, an unexpected blessing that wasn't part of our plan. Despite that, she went through lectures and the demands of the programme while carrying our baby. She wrote her final examinations while heavily pregnant, and just a week after returning home, she gave birth to our beautiful son. This is a mercy from Allah, and we are grateful. Today, she has achieved another remarkable milestone by becoming a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. She has also begun her service year. In less than a year, she embraced marriage, motherhood, law school, and now national service, with remarkable grace, faith, and determination. Watching her navigate all of these roles has been nothing short of inspiring. I'm incredibly proud of her. If you come across this post, please join me in congratulating her. May Allah bless her career with wisdom, integrity, favour, and lasting impact. This is only the beginning, bi'idhnillah. ❤️

One thing a bad debt can steal from you is your confidence. One pattern I’ve noticed with many people who fail publicly and never recover is that they hide. And I have come to believe that hiding is one of the fastest ways to destroy a great future. Because while you are hiding, opportunities cannot find you. Relationships begin to fade. Your confidence deteriorates. Before long, you become a shadow of yourself. When I found myself in debt, I was deeply ashamed. But I told myself one thing: hiding would not pay the debt. I approached my banks. I was honest with the people I owed. Some understood. Some didn’t. Some dragged me publicly. Some tarnished my name with lies. It hurt, but I refused to disappear. I remember one loan app in particular out of the many ones I borrowed from, Carbon. Every time they called, I picked. They would ask when I intended to pay, and I would tell them the truth. Sometimes I would say, “I don’t have the money today, but this is what I can pay on this date.” And somehow, don’t know how but they won’t call me until the day I had given. I spent well over a year clearing that debt little by little. There was no need to harass my family or friends because I never ran from the conversation. I answered the calls, even though every ringtone sent my heart racing. Some people I owed became angry that I was still posting online, still smiling, still living my life. But I had to remind myself that disappearing would not magically produce the money I owed. If anything, hiding would only cut me off from the very opportunities that could help me repay those debts. Looking back today, I’m grateful I didn’t surrender to shame. Shame tells you to hide. Wisdom tells you to face reality. Growth begins the day you stop running from your problems and start confronting them, however imperfectly. That season changed me. It built resilience I could never have learnt in comfort. Today, there is hardly any challenge I believe I cannot face head-on, because I have learnt that courage is not the absence of fear, courage is refusing to disappear when fear tells you to. #Tadé
