Roman Khan - Founder of Peak 21. We acquire brands
Dropshipping revolution incoming: I just took an advisory role at a company that can ship parcels from HK / China to a consumer in <4 calendar days. We’re letting in 5 trial merchants. You need at least 500 orders a day to qualify going from China / HK to the US. DM if you want to be a part of the trial.

Went from running an agency to building one of the fastest growing DTC brands of all time. $110M in 9 months. No outside funding. What do you want to know?

My mentor uses a learning that fundamentally changed his entire life: "Urgency is only imagined." When he first told me about it, I didn't really get it. Because I draw a lot of energy from pressure and short deadlines. Why do something by end of week when I can do it by end of day? Why do less when I can achieve more? The problem is that urgency and such a "higher, faster, further mindset" leads to short-term thinking. Which leads to long-term problems. And these slow you down extremely, sooner or later. Changing my time horizon from days and months to years and decades was an absolute game changer in every respect. And I believe it's an unfair advantage in the long-term. It's about winning the war, not just the battle. The championship, not just the game. Nevertheless, I push hard short-term. Just not for some artificial short-term finish line. Micro speed. Macro patience.

We quietly ran a consulting program 🤫 We took 35 brands at $100k+ a month, & worked with them for 90 days. 4 hit their first $1M+/mo 6 scaled past $2M+/mo Multiple crossed $10M+/mo I filmed the exact playbook. Like, RT, comment "Playbook" (must follow) & I'll DM it.

Anthropic ran their entire marketing operation with one person. $380 billion company. Paid search. Paid social. SEO. Email. App stores. One non-technical hire doing all of it — for 10 months. I pulled it apart. Compared it to every system we've built across the clients we've worked with. Then asked myself one question: If I had to reverse engineer this from scratch — what would it actually look like? Turns out the architecture isn't that complicated. I mapped the whole thing into a 47-page PDF you can upload directly to any LLM. It coaches you through building your own version step by step. Comment "marketing" and I'll send it over.

Visualisation sounds like nonsense until you realise what it actually does. When you picture a future moment in extreme detail, what it smells like, what people say, how you feel, your brain starts connecting the dots on how to get there without you forcing it. And when you've already tasted that moment, there's no email too annoying, no task too boring. You stop complaining because you've already felt what's on the other side.

‼️It's finally HERE‼️ Something that's active for a few months now, but I haven't promoted it much Alongside my partner from the agency and internal brand, I launched a Skool community with everything you need to scale an ecom brand. I realized that people were always asking me the same questions, either about > account structure > whitelisting processes > offer setup > scaling & optimization frameworks > promotion planning So we put all of those processes we used to scale our internal brand to 60M in 5 years in this course: > brand strategy > product launches > creative strategy > influencers > FB ads > TT shop > CRO > email and many more There are 10 mentors, each an expert in their field, who are running their own successful business and/or agencies. And each of them created a course about their topic. For example, my FB course that you get as a part of the community is over 6 hours of content, with all of my sheets included and insights on account structure, testing structure, scaling, and optimization. I could easily sell just that FB course for a few thousand, but here you get it as part of the community. And the price is ridiculously low - just $499 a month. Btw, that's what I usually charge for 1h of consulting. But here you get access to me through Community chats, through weekly Q&A meetings, as well as with my course and all the other courses. And you get the same level of access to all the other mentors. This is a super godfathered price. If you are interested in learning more, check the link below:

Today was a fantastic day. I've been silent for quite some time and everything will be revealed soon. In my heart I plan the way, but God establishes my steps.

most stores don’t have a traffic problem they have a thinking problem shopify executes perplexity does the thinking ads flop when you ask models to invent they scale when you force them to explain i use perplexity to rebuild facebook ads starting from what already works long-running creatives stable spend real comment data not “write me an ad” but: – why is this ad still live – what belief does it flip – what objection does it neutralize – what emotion shows up in the comments then i rewrite with intent same product same store clearer angle better conversion i put the exact setup into a short breakdown: – the prompts i actually use – how to reverse-engineer winning ads with perplexity – how to avoid generic ai copy like + comment “PPLX” and i’ll dm it (follow so i can send it)

Resharing this as my automation maxed out and I've had a lot of DM's from people who missed out! We’ve packaged what’s working, what’s dead, and what’s next for 2026 into one resource: 🚨 THE 2026 D2C PLAYBOOK: The New Rules of Meta, TikTok, AI & Performance Creative If your ads aren’t built for algorithmic feeds and personalised signals, you won’t scale. So what wins in 2026? Brands that blend machine logic with human insight. That means: - Creative systems built to match micro-behaviours - Messaging that adapts in real time - Ads that feel made for one, but scale to millions This is your roadmap to profitable, personalised growth across Meta, TikTok, Google, and AI workflows. - What’s working - What’s out - What’s next Get the playbook. Build for what’s coming. Want it? → Retweet this post → Comment “2026” and I’ll send it your way

Heights scaled to £25M off the back of burnout, insomnia, and a failed startup. We’ve been working with @danmurrays on the creative side and hearing how he built the brand from personal struggle to scale made for a killer episode. One of my favourite episodes we’ve recorded. Everything is sales. We almost sold Ridge once. We needed a banker. We interviewed a bunch- Boutique firms like Sage. Big firms like Goldman. Mid market firms like Jeffries. But there is one bank who was pushing hard to own LA- Moelis. Moelis was on a tear- they were trying to do every SoCal deal that year. They signed up to do Manscape's SPAC. They did the Dr. Squatch deal. So they fought hard to try and win the Ridge business. During the process, they told me, "Landing Ridge is our firms top mission right now" I called bullshit. Ken Moelis is a billionare. He does not care about Ridge. That night I got a phone call from Ken Moelis explaining how much he loved Ridge and how working with Ridge would be a gold star on his career. Even at the top- Its all sales. Billionaires calling to close deals one on one. Learn sales.
