@fibrusbroadband 4 adults in household need broadband for many reasons. Not having it for a week is appealing service. Especially as nearby neighbours are having a new connection fitted whilst we sit with nothing. So poor. Can't believe I was delighted when was first installed.

@fibrusbroadband now being told by support that if I try to leave fibrus due to poor service I will be charged an early cancellation fee unless the service is down for 30 days. 30 days! Im not surprised my neighbour is actively warning people off Fibrus.

@fibrusbroadband my neighbours and I are now without broadband for 6 days, yet we see engineers connect other new neighbours ij rhe meantime. Being fobbed off with texts saying it is being investigated. Contacted CEO but ignored. Shocking service.
