I’ve genuinely never seen, in my years as a journalist covering this sport, stadium fireworks for simply reaching a Champions League final, as far as I’m concerned Arsenal still have to beat Paris Saint-Germain in the final, and this kind of over-the-top reaction feels completely misplaced, almost like celebrating a trophy that hasn’t been won yet, which makes it come across less like confidence, more like a small-club mentality, desperate to manufacture a moment instead of actually finishing the job.

Sometimes there are obvious things a normal viewer or analyst can spot that managers don’t. That’s why you have to think for yourself, not always through the manager’s lens.

Watching this Skelly performance only makes me more annoyed at Arteta.
It shouldn't have taken his long. This boy is obviously good enough to be our LCM, even if it's just rotation minutes. Letting him sit for an entire season with almost no midfield minutes stunted his development.

🚨 Arsenal have commissioned a physiotherapist from outside their medical staff to review their run of injury problems. There is tension at the club caused by the number of times the team has been without key players over the course of the season.
Spanish physio Joaquin Acedo has been brought in to lead the investigation. It is understood that Acedo is a friend of Mikel Arteta & has been a regular presence around the squad in recent months.

I am sincerely not bothered with the second leg at the EMIRATES, I am 100% certain Arsenal will go through to the final..
The worry is with the manager and players, Martin Ødegaard can't be getting hooked at 56 mins in a champions league semi final, Ben White can't be making silly mistakes, the wingers need to take more risks btw Noni Madueke should return to Chelsea at the end of season..

The thing about the Madueke signing is that I wasn’t against it, as a backup to Saka and an athletic winger profile alternative, it made sense, but I had serious reservations about the price. If you’re Arsenal, £53m is not what you pay for a backup. At that price, you expect genuine starter-level quality. The fee simply doesn’t match his current level or squad role.
Pretending this is a positive transfer while labeling Gyokeres who cost 54m and has been the club’s highest goal scorer this season the worst transfer in the club history is a major trait of mental illness
