I'm liking the option to hide callout icons in @NotionHQ - less decision making, faster output, clean look. Also noticed that I hide page icons for database views almost as a default these days. Don't get me wrong though, I loveee icons but I don't want to see them all the time and I'm glad that we have these small but mighty options available now 😊

@reneedefour @NotionHQ Exactly. If they enhance something or give it a meaning then it's fine to use otherwise go for normal text without an icon next to it. I guess we are just used to seeing icons because of wide use of emojis in our day to day life.

@iamniketsheth @NotionHQ I like icons that help to establish the visual cohesiveness of the system and act clear color/functional indicators but you’re right, their use should be intentional!
