@JackBox How is anyone supposed to register for an account if the system doesn't send any confirmation emails to complete the registration? Not to mention, registering for a new account is the most basic part of acquiring new customers...you'd think this would be a higher priority.

@JackBox After one support email where my tech support issues were ENTIRELY disregarded, on my second try, this is all I was sent. Your team just...gave up? My mom could run a more reliable tech support service than the team you hired. Can you actually solve the issue @JackBox?

@JackBox who did you outsource your web and app development to? signing up never sends an email to confirm registration, and "forgot password" can't actually do anything, since the account doesn't "yet" exist despite the email being claimed as attached to a real account

@XfinitySupport why don't you offer chatting with a human agent in the Assistant chat anymore? like i get covering your bases with basic categories, but what about outside of that? it's infurating when i KNOW i need to ask real questions to a real person

@AMCTheatres why don't you offer two factor authentication in your website/app when every other reputable company does? my account was hacked and in 2025 changing my password just isn't enough.
