Hello. I’m finding training a bit hard going. I don’t really like running in the dark, or the cold, or the wet. Or the wind. Or in zone 3. I don’t like 2 much either. I’m really trying but it’s hard. Anyone else struggling? If so; I feel your pain. But Happy Easter.

Two parkrun hot takes to start the day 1: it’s a run not a race so there’s no need to be publishing placings and times like a race. 2: wear whatever the fuck makes you happy, even if that’s a dry robe with the parkrun logo on it.

@iowrunner He did okay, I think he enjoyed himself. He’s not long started running, after years of saying he couldn’t understand why anyone would do it. The family are both regulars at Medina parkrun and the junior parkrun.

If you could have one car in mint condition but it has to be over 40 years old ( pre 1984) what would it be? Probably a 60s S type for me
