If you willingly use `useEffect` for data fetching, that's fine, just please go into your GitHub settings and set this to disabled

@alperortac @nuqs47ng Worktree is nothing more than a branch in a different folder. Editors nowadays support worktrees, so switching worktrees is as seamless as switching branches.

@nuqs47ng Didn't know the location can be configured. I'm old-school and still using branches. Makes it easier to switch between states/features imo

Where do you place your git worktrees? - Inside the repo, in a .gitignored subdirectory (eg: .claude/worktree/<name>) - Outside the repo, next to the main (eg: ../<name>) - In a central location (eg: ~/.worktrees/<name>)

@Presidentlin Sounds like fake news? User changed from plan mode to build mode, which confused the model.

🚨BREAKING: Unsafe Claude Model rejects users answers and substitutes its own Opus 4.6: Shall I implement it? User: No Opus 4.6: I think they're saying "no" to me asking for permission, meaning "just do it, stop asking". > model went on to implement the changes we’re so back

I am really looking forward to the day when all JavaScript frameworks will be built on top of the same bundler. The problems it solves are the same, and you can always achieve customization through extension. There is no reason for multiple bundlers to exist.

@mattpocockuk I get the point of the video (can do this for anything), but for npm, just use `packageManager` field in package.json and engine strict. Will work for human agents in the team too ;)

Stupid question but why I can’t use Codex 5.3 in my Claude Code? I see only Opus 4.6. Is anyone working on fixing this?

@thdxr I mean isn't @Context7AI doing that? You just need to instruct users to use that? its pretty useful.

what if in opencode.json you could specify project references references: ["git@github.com:Effect-TS/effect.git"] these would get cloned to a global cache and kept updated and opencode would have a subagent that could answer questions about them would you use this?

@thdxr I literally did it this weekend with just some basic instructions on AGENTS. md and every time OpenCode needed information that was on those repos, it spawned a sub agent for exploration (minimal setup from my side)

@tannerlinsley You could probably spin up your own UI powered by OpenCode server and client sdk quite quickly. Hmm, how would a Tanstack IDE feel? 😂

Feels weird that I'm about pause my Claude subscription because I prefer OpenCode instead of claude code. I know it's just TUI (for now), but DX matter so much.

@martindonadieu @trq212 That actually looks really awesome but I forgot to mention I also want to stay inside my editor. I wish the Opencode VSCode plugin didn't just open a weird terminal in the middle of my screen that's just the TUI, I would be there already.

Yesterday we tightened our safeguards against spoofing the Claude Code harness after accounts were banned for triggering abuse filters from third-party harnesses using Claude subscriptions.
