Hi Ian,
Thank you for reaching out to us again.
As we mentioned earlier, if you have attempted to add funds to your account and the money has been deducted from your bank but has not reached us, we will adjust your National Lottery Account and credit your balance within 5 to 10 working days, often sooner. In the meantime, it may be helpful to contact your bank to see if the funds are still with them.
If we do not receive the funds, they will be returned to your bank account in approximately the same timeframe, if not sooner, without a reference as no transaction took place. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

@AndyCollinsuk @TNLUK Waited 50 minutes on the phone this afternoon gave up in the end. Looks like this new app is keeping them busy 🤔 Latest issue took two payments for one transaction

Thanks for confirming that. Your draw tickets can be found by visiting My Account and then My Games. The layout may feel unfamiliar as we are now displaying tickets in order of purchase date. Having listened to your feedback, we will look to make some changes in this area in the future to improve your experience. For now, please use the filters to see any games that are pending.
Moving forward, if you purchase a multi-draw ticket, you should receive an email when it gets near the expiry of those draws. Apologies that this did not happen previously, but you can check your pending games as mentioned above.

@iantys Thanks for getting back to me, Ian. Please may I also ask when the original ticket was purchased?

@iantys Could you confirm if this was for a multi-week advance ticket, or a regular ticket? Please may I also ask when the original ticket was purchased?

@SkySportsPL About time the rules were changed to award a penalty goal like in rugby..... it's that simple 🙄

Three weeks on, Ruben Amorim still hasn’t said a word to the Manchester United supporters who showed him extraordinary, often irrational loyalty.
He pocketed his £10m payoff, walked away smiling, leaving his most loyal cultist followers clinging to a myth he clearly doesn’t care enough to even recognise.
Moyes issued a statement. Van Gaal offered heartfelt thanks. Mourinho made a statement too. Ole gave an emotional farewell. Ten Hag wrote an open letter.
Amorim? That deafening silence says everything.

Ruben Amorim didn't stand up to the club ownership, he engineered his own sacking. He is no martyr & shouldn't be treated like one. He didn't care about being sacked & was happy to leave Manchester United.
